I just got this and really like it. I've never liked the belts because I can't stand even a tiny bit of bouncing, so I prefer to hold it. It's more annoying than not holding something, but it's also 100% better than dying of dehydration when the weather is like 90 degrees.
I get a lot of my athletic clothes from thrift stores because 1) so often you find stuff with the tags still on from people who never actually started exercising, and 2) can’t beat the price. I’ve found several pairs of both women’s and men’s basketball-style shorts. The women’s shorts fall mid-thigh but still hug my butt so there’s no rub inside the shorts. The men’s shorts are a little longer and a little roomier but holy COW the pockets!!!!!
This is similar to the style I have and I love them: adidas Women's Tastigo 19 Shorts https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DY94WYT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_WAHAP1XXWMMPKHZ9ED9M
I've definitely felt like this after some long runs! I'm not sure if this is the case with you, but I realized I was dehydrated and thought that maybe I was lacking electrolytes after those runs (I ALWAYS had a headache as well).
I started making myself an electrolyte beverage (I use this stuff) and driking that while doing hip flexor/calf/hamstring/glute stretches, and foam rolling right after. Feel worlds better after now!
I don’t know how much you shrunk (I’m a 36B/C) but this is my favorite sports bra for “shape”. It’s super supportive for me and comfortable. I appreciate the molded cups instead of stupid removable pads to always mess with.
I have several Camelbacks/Nathan expensive ones. I love this one here. No bounce. No chaffing when I'm in a tank top. I fill the bladder with iced water and put two of their bottles with tailwind in the front pocked. I can put a lightweight shirt in the main zipper and Honey Stinger wafers in the zipper above the front pocket.
I also use Nuun tablets and sometimes toss them in the bladder.
I got 4 hanes jog bras on amazon last week for $33. I've been wanting some new sport bras for a while, and this seemed like a pretty good deal.
They are super nice bras for the price. Like, shockingly nice. I kind of hate my old ones now.
Link for the curious. The price has gone up because it's not the deal of the day anymore. Hanes Women's Jogbra (Pack of 4), Black/Pink Bloom/Super Turquoise, Medium https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FA1KWII/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_j8khybWTB9HDK
Just wanted to give a shoutout to ColorfulKoala shorts and leggings. I don't know if they're technically an align dupe because they're not quite as soft, but honestly I've found that these hold up better than my lulu leggings. I already have a few pairs of their leggings but this is my second pair of shorts and they're great. A good inseam length, squat proof, true to size and have pockets. Highly recommend!
Uhg most of the time I go without. I hate running in thongs and I hate wedgies. I wear some running shorts with spandex underneath and it's most comfortable with nothing under them... if I don't wash my running shorts for a while then I have some from Amazon that hold well for running https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CJRHP48/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_MBK86SJY5Z32Z0QYYXP4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I'm a medium and the size is a true medium and not to low! I can't stand when they rub on my c-section scar.
I bought these and found that they actually fit well in my leggings pocket. I also have a belt that I use them in but prefer the leggings pocket.
I have a cheap hydration vest that I bought at Canadian Tire that I use for longer runs and I'm really happy with it.
This is not a referral link and I'm not sure if they're listed on Amazon USA (I'm in Canada). I got these leggings on amazon based off the reviews and can vouch for them 100% and you do not break the bank! They come in different lengths too.
I got the leggings and when they arrived I immediately ordered the biker shorts. I've ran marathons in these leggings/shorts - they stay up and have deep pockets!

I cannot recommend this book enough:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KFNB042/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1
I'm on week 4 and loving it. Mostly using body weights, some handweights and a stability ball.
I get these from amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075FNG3SR/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I adore them because they have pockets. I think i own them in every color now.
I will say that they run long - I'm very short (5'0) so the capris are full length for me lol. It doesn't make them uncomfortable or bulkuy though.
Also contains bike rides and random observations of all the weird things I see running. It's set to "request to follow" to for general safety purposes.
I had hair that length last year and wore big headbands. I like Junk brand a lot, as well as Bondi band.
If I was just doing yoga, I'd clip the front/top hair on top of my head in one of those goody claw clip things.
I'm a slow runner too. I jog with my dogs and they take a lot of smell-breaks. I've found hydration 100% makes a difference pretty early. I use this belt myself - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZCEP9G4/ it's not too bulky (you can't put a ton in in it though). The dogs and I have gone up to 9 miles with it, and I do give the dogs water from the bottles too during our jogs, so I think it should be good for longer runs, depending on your hydration needs. I live in the northern US and jog during the coolest part of the day, so if you're jogging somewhere warmer you may need more water than I do.
Hi! 34DD here -- I have the same problem as you. Bottles are a definite no-go. I bought this Camelbak one on Amazon recently and I love it. I tried on my friend's UD vest and I wasn't a fan, but I've taken the CamelBak one on a few 13-14 mile runs and it's been great. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HJWPCN1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . There's a spot for bottles in the front if you want, but I just stick my phone/gels in there. This one comes with a bladder included and it's a much higher quality bladder than one I bought from Ultimate Direction, fwiw.
This is my favorite bra of all time. It keeps the girls in place, has a clasp in the back so you don’t have to birth yourself out of a stanky bra, and doesn’t get too drippy. It’ll get damp, but I’ve never gotten cold from cooled sweat off this bra.

I have one like this because I’m mega sweaty and I need it to be waterproof. I’ve had mine for 3 years and it’s still going strong:

I use this: Buddy Pouch H2O. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B010C65V2I/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_8H2FBC0M8CP8VTVDDTQ7 it is a SMALL bottle, but sometimes that is enough. Good enough for me for 6 miles or so, YMMV of course! It clips directly to your clothes, which is convenient if you are not doing a long run where you are already carrying a bunch of stuff and are looking to stay minimal. Water is kinda heavy, so a small bottle can be help you not feel as weighed down(Works best on shorts with drawstrings, and I tend to clip to my mid back so I don’t feel off kilter) I also have a larger Nathan bottle waist pack that also hangs out at my back and has some pockets on it: https://www.nathansports.com/collections/hydration/products/peak-hydration-waist-pak-true-navy-tiger-lily nice that it is still pretty flat so doesn’t feel that bulky, but holds a good amount of water. I tend to do most of my longer runs with my run club that sets out water though so that doesn’t get as much use for me. I tend to prefer stuff around my hips since my shirt gets so hot (Texas) and needs all the breathability it can get, but it’s all going to be personal choice what feels best.
Try these frames taped inside your mask with surgical tape. I'll trade you bananas for some ice. I did just realize I don't even own ice cube trays. Went to Amazon and quickly ordered these totally normal mature adult ice cube molds.
I recently discovered the Brooks Moving Comfort Luna sports bra. It's amazing and may be my favorite sports bra ever. I'd previously been wearing a two bra combo because I could never get enough support from one without spending a ton. I got these on Amazon on sale for $29.99. I'm worried the sale price may be because they are discontinuing them. I say that because I don't see them anywhere on the official Brooks site. Amazon link: https://smile.amazon.com/Moving-Comfort-Womens-Luna-Sports/dp/B00RQNWOJO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1500043399&sr=8-1&keywords=brooks+luna+bra
For me, electrolytes and hydration were the important part so I subbed nuun for water after mile 4ish. I also really like these. I just pop a couple every few miles from the start. My local CVS carries them :)

If you consistently chafe in the same areas, consider placing kt take in those areas. For me it's the underbra area between the boobs, and the part of my inner arm that rubs against the seam of sleeveless tops. I've learned which shirts are good for short runs/long runs, certain fabrics are better than others. Gold bond makes an antichafe stick that I like: https://www.amazon.com/Gold-Bond-Friction-Defense-Unscented/dp/B007VC9DKI
Not 100% what you asked for but I to am nursing and I am a 32ddd. I swear by these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VZTQ24R/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_CN16K3PB6KSH16Q3BJ9T?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 They are not front clasp but the thingy to tighting them in the front can unhook fully then ypu pull it down like a nursing bra. It's velcro so after a while it doesn't reattach easy, but since your boobs change size anway and they are not super pricey, I just replace them.
I have the JBL Reflect Contour 2, and I really like them! Based on how they’re designed (with an inner ear hook part that sits in the conchae, and an outer ear hook part that goes behind your ear), it’s essentially impossible for them to fall out of your ears. I’ve never had a problem with them slipping out at all. Highly recommend!
You can also buy silicone ear hooks to use with your AirPods, I use those sometimes as well. Here is one example, but you can find lots of different options if you just do a search for “airpods ear hooks”!
Like most other runners, I really don’t like holding a bottle in my hand whilst running but having water is a necessity for me. I purchased the fitfly collapsible bottle w the thought that at least it will get lighter as I drink it. I like that it’s soft so my hand doesn’t fatigue in the same position like a bottle would. I’ll toss it back and forth between my hands throughout the run. It doesn’t leak and it’s a bite valve which is another perk for me.

I recently bought this and put it in the pocket of my shorts (Lululemon Fast & Free 10"). I've been freezing some water in it the night before to help keep it cooler longer while I'm out running.
I'm looking for shortish loose shorts that have a functioning phone pocket. I'm not sure it's even possible, but asking here in case anyone has found one. I got some from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FH4B2NV/) and my phone does fit in the back waist pocket (just barely) but it bounces around too much (or maybe the ones I tried were too big, I don't know).
I use a hydration belt when I need some but not a lot of water (like less than 10 miles but really hot) I have a very old version of this that I like a lot https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TTD3LYR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_DS0S6XEHVDVT1G3DCG50
For longer runs (I’m a sweaty Betty so this any 10+ mile during the Summer) when I need a liter+ and snacks, I have a VaporHowe Nathan running vest and it’s amazing. Even full of water there’s no bouncing, there’s lots of easy access pockets for snacks, and the pack is big enough for when you need to carry or shed gloves/hat/an extra layer. And unlike my old running camelback, no chafing! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06WD57WMN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_F5HPM0MADSFQ3VYHMXXS
I tried some of the handheld bottles and found that I hate carrying anything in my hands for that long, it makes me feel unbalanced.
I recently went through a similar hunt and decided on something small to put in my running shorts pocket. I went with a soft flask because it gets so hot here a back pack or vest would overheat me. This thing is perfect:

Someone recommended quick training for runners and it was great quick workout for me to supplement my running with
I had the exact same issue with Airpods, but I found these little inserts that you slip over the ear bud that keeps them in your ears! I've tested these on 4-8 mile runs in wind, rain, and 96+ degree weather (where I am sweating literally buckets) and my headphones actually stay in and do not move. They were cheap too and came with 2 pairs! I think the exact link may be dead but this is what they look like and I'm sure there are comparable products on Amazon now: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SQ6Y6YD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Another budget option is men's Hanes long-sleeves with UPF. Cheap, work, not scratchy! I first got these for a hiking trip in the grand-canyon area, and I was never too hot.
I have ear warmers and beanies (skull cap style) which have a hole in the back to pull a ponytail through. Just search for "ear warmer / skull cap with ponytail hole". Can find them on Amazon, eg:

I have fleece lined leggings from 90 Degree by Reflex, RBX Active, and Senita. The 90 Degree ones are my favourite by a long shot. They have four pockets (two zippered) and are long enough that they go down all the way to my ankle socks. Nothing drives me crazier than fleece leggings that leave my ankles exposed. I’m trying to stay warm!
They’re $26 on Amazon.

I absolutely love the book Quick Strength for Runners. Workouts are 2x per week and roughly 20 min (I find they are closer to 30 in the later weeks). Everything is body weight or uses equipment that is easy to find and store in your house.
I wear sweatbands around my wrist. That's the best thing I can do ha! I hate the head sweatband to the wrist ones work well. I got mine at Target. https://www.amazon.com/Suddora-Wrist-Sweatbands-Available-Colors/dp/B00TXRUNYY?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_1
I use a benzoyl peroxide wash on my chest and back, and that has helped a lot. I use one made by CeraVe. I've also tried another salicylic acid spray ( this one), but it didn't work for me.
edit: I forgot to mention that I leave the bp wash on for a few minutes before washing it off

Hi, all. I'm looking for a recommendation for a good shirt. I'm still relatively new to running and have just been wearing cotton t-shirts or tank tops up to this point.
I'm in the US. Recently ordered this shirt, but it's tight in the armpit and feels like it might chafe. So I'm looking for something similar, but a better quality, I guess. Price range < $50 usd.
TIA!
If you want a cheaper alternative to the Noxgear vests (they're pretty spenny) I use this reflective/light up harness: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09ZYBG2QG?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
I like it! Rechargeable and affordable. I use it for biking in the dark too.
Another vote for Old Navy's CozeCore leggings! I'm in southeast Wisconsin, and those get me through most of winter on the bottom. For extra cold or windy days, I put a pair of joggers on top. For tops, I have a couple of Warm Essentials brand thermal shirts from Target, which I put under a bright colored running jacket or quarter-zip -- I've collected a few outer layers over the years from Old Navy, Gap and TJ Maxx. I find layering to be helpful, and I tuck in everything (leggings into socks, undershirt into leggings). I prefer a fleece headband to a hat, and have one of these masks, which cuts the wind but doesn't feeling suffocating, nor does moisture seem to freeze. I have some cheap gloves that are fine, but am putting a pair of convertible mittens on my Christmas list! I find dressmyrun.com helpful in figuring out how many and what thickness layers to wear.
Have you tried silicone gel caps for your toes? I use these ones and while they don't completely stop the issue, I've noticed a huge difference. And they're not too pricey either so might be worth a try. I can't run without them now.
The best thing to use, and you will *NEVER* look back is O'Keeffe's for Healthy Feet Foot Cream
I kid you not, I had issues with the dryness of my feet for years - I would get so self-conscious all the time. If i wanted to wear a slingback on a random night out, I'd always hope people wouldn't see my feet. I didn't know what the hell to do - only a pedicure would help, but only for the first 2 weeks. Then it would like so crusty again.
When I went to get a pedicure, the ladies will always need to take out the blade for me. This is the *best* moisturiser. I put it on twice a day, and it evens everything out for you. I have bought a callus remover as well, but I could go without & just use this cream.
Trust me, your wasting your money with everything else.
Look at the before/after pics in the reviews.
I had a deep cut on the heel of my foot due to the strong winds. It was painful to walk. I re-bought this and within 2-3 days, ot was finally closing. That cut was on my heel for 3 months because it would re-open.
Bought this for the first time in early 2021 - and have repeat bought maybe 3-4 times.
I don't have anything to do with this company, in terms of compensation. This is just extremely ridiculously good.
In addition to taking it slow, feeding the baby right before you leave, more water, and more food than usual - for me personally an adjustable sports bra like this one was super helpful because my chest size (even when empty) could vary a lot from day to day and sometimes side to side 🫠
Congrats on the baby!
Take a look at cycling clothing, they make a lot of high-vis stuff so cyclists can be seen on the road. Canari and Pearl Izumi do wind jackets/vests, hit up Poshmark for a really good solution!
Hanes also does long sleeve bright orange shirts! I have several of them:
I have a couple of Baleaf ones from Amazon that are like this, and they even have a little window for your running watch!
Just recommended this to someone else on here, and not exactly a self defense tool but what about an alarm system like a Birdie?
In addition to reflective gear and lights, I would also look into getting an alarm system like a Birdie. Try to run in somewhat populated areas so you're not totally secluded and people can hear the alarm blaring. And if at all possible, the best deterrent of all is to run with someone.
I recently started using "silicone gel caps" on the toes that bother me and they've been a lifesaver. They don't cost a lot and I don't feel any pain at all when I run now. It's not that I was in pain pain before, but I could definitely feel those toes and knew what was coming. Highly recommend. These are the ones I've been using.
Ok I’m extremely late to this thread, but if you’re looking for a more budget friendly option, try these Saucony ones. Bought some recently and have no complaints.
Girrrrl get a Garmin. Best thing I ever did for myself. The more basic models are not that expensive compared to some of the Fitibit models, and they are crucial in all of my training. Bonus is that I can program all of my workouts into my Garmin, and I don't have to try to keep track of how many intervals I've done when I'm miles into my workout and can't think anymore.
Colorful koala on amazon has great 6" biker shorts with pockets for $20. I'd order every color if I could.
You might see reviews about cameltoe and/or the waistband rolling down down. They run a bit tight so use the size chart and size up! I have absolutely no issues with it.
I use the Osprey Dyna 1.5 and I love it! Sadly, it looks like they’re discontinuing this model, but there are still some out there for sale: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Osprey-Packs-Womens-Running-Hydration/dp/B07JX1TNZM?th=1&psc=1
A few reviewers have complained about chafing on the arms, but it hasn’t been a problem for me. I’m not particularly small, either. But mechanics and running for differ for everybody. Make sure that you’re able to test and return anything you buy!
Good luck out there!!
I like Old Navy's high impact sports bra and I also recently took a risk and bought this one from Amazon that I like.
I've also heard nothing but good things about SheFit bras so I'm thinking about investing in one.
It's a crop top style shelf bra. I'm a 34B and wear a size small. Super comfy tho and relatively no stink. They're having a memorial day sale, so 20% through tonight!
I also got a cheap one off Amazon that's a classic racer back style and also merino wool.
Before I switched to merino wool, I was wearing a Patagonia Barely Bra, but noticed the merino wool carried less sweat, so I haven't really used it much anymore.
I swear by these long cotton undershorts
Check out Mippo crop workout shirts on Amazon. They have a bunch of different styles and colors. I love them, but I do have to hang them up after drying. The fabric likes to hold wrinkles otherwise.

I agree with the other two users, the cheaper alternative seems to work just fine. I got this one.
I got a cheap one off Amazon a couple days before my last half...yea yea no new things on race day, it ended up being fine, and my thought process was I could always ditch it if it was causing me problems (I use an armband for my phone so it was just for chapstick, a tampon, and a thing of fruit snacks).
It worked great, didn't ride up, sat nicely just above my hips.
Here's the link if you want to try it out: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074NZR1RC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Another vote for period underwear! I use these ones, which are cheaper than Thinx: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WXKH34T/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 No bunching, no chafing, no leaks! I wear a size 8 or Medium in Old Navy bottoms and got the mediums in those -- they're a tad snug on me, but I prefer that to sizing up and them feeling loose.
I used to wear pads while running, but found bunching and chafing to be an issue for anything over a mile or two.
When I'm not on my period, I don't wear underwear with my shorts -- I only have Nike shorts that all have liners, and I love them.
If you're up for minimalist shoes with no cushioning, I'd recommend trying these super-cheap ones I got from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KPYXYVY/ I started with these but have recently been wearing my Altras most of the time. I switched back to them for a run the other day and I think I kind of prefer them.
I don't. I wear bike-style compression shorts (like bike shorts but without the padding). They have a little diamond-shaped thing in the right spot that I figure counts as underwear. No chafing from shorts, no chafing from underwear, no wedgies!
I got junk in my trunk! Cannot do the comando or thong thing cause chafing and (TMI) but I hate shaving my lady bits, so I’m very natural.
Never wear cotton, because cotton holds moisture which equals chafing. Also big butts need support too, so I tend to stick to sport specific underwear cuts. I love C9, but not sure if they might be ramping down their sales:

Oohh and the ONLY thing I trust for chafing is Monistat Anti Chafing gel to both prevent and treat it.
I wear these Reebok seamless - I hate thongs and don't go commando. These are the only ones I've found that fully cover the cheeks and dont ride up:

Not a headlamp, but I wear this at 5am, which is super lightweight and I barely notice it's on.
Depends on the race. For context, I have thin, mid back length hair.
5k? High pony tail and rock the fact that my hair will inevitably end up puffed behind me like a sail in a race photo
Anything longer? High pony tail, and then spin that around with a 2nd hair tie into a bun, and then lock it into place with these. Spiral bobby Pins.
17 clips for the front to keep the fly aways locked in and I'm good to go.
You might try these Champion shorts. They have a soft, stretchy waistband and some room in legs.
I upped it a 1/2 size up and I’m wearing Limited-time deal: CelerSport 6 Pack Women's Ankle Running Socks Cushioned Low Cut Tab Athletic Socks https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0894WZKXY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_dl_QJ356KA5HC2187WQB2WQ these from Amazon. The blisters are on top on the toes around the nail

That was when I hated pull on sports bras (the champion one above has hook closure at back), but my boobs changed and now I love the Dylan bra at girlfriend collective (which is a pull on). The girlfriend collective ones are very size inclusive but pricier so you may wanna try the champion one first, especially because they use normal bra sizing!

This bra is amazing if you need extra support in the shoulder area.
I have this sports bra in multiple colors, and I love it. I wear a 32DD, but it does look like it comes in a 42D.

My two favorite & affordable compression shorts right now are Senita Rio 7 in and these Baleaf ones. The Senita seems studier but it’s thicker fabric. Feels like more compression. The Rio shorts also have different inseam lengths.
I like Athleta’s Ultimate Stash shorts too, but they are much pricier. The more I wear these, the less I’m sure it’s worth it 🤷♀️
Gold Bond Gold Bond Friction Defense has worked wonders for me. Comes in a stick like deodorant.
I like using a vitamin c serum and sunscreen on my morning runs. After a shower it gives me a glowly look for the rest of the day.
Hi, I swear by the boob-band, you can wear it with your existing sports bras, and it REALLY WORKS, no more bouncing. I won't ever run without it. 4.5 out of ~900 reviews on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Booband-Breast-Support-Band-AW18/dp/B078CQJ4YG
34B US. I wear these for every marathon and ultra I run

5’2 here - as a cheaper option, I really like these Baleaf tights from Amazon. I break them out when the weather dips below 20 degrees (C) and they’ve kept me warm in single digits.

Mittens will definitely keep your hands warmer than gloves! I love my Trailheads mittens (SO many amazing features), but when it drops below 20, my fingers still get a bit cold and honestly, I just layer up and wear some cheap drugstore gloves under it.
Looked back at my Amazon history and it was apparently a little more expensive, $400ish. I think I remembered the other number because some of last year's Christmas presents were money toward it. It's a bit narrower than some others, but it does fold up and out of the way pretty easily.
I’m a 40 D and LOVE this one, my friend told me about them, she’s a 32 DD, she likes them better than her lululemon $100+ running bras.

I’m 36DDD and really like the Glamorise high impact sports bras - they work very well (my boobs maybe bounce 1/4 inch when i jump) and they’re affordable.
2 downsides:
1) the band is very tight. I got used to it, and honestly think it helps hold my giant boobs in place, but going up a band size may be helpful for comfort.
2) they aren’t very cute or sexy

Sure—it looks like the specific one I got isn’t on Amazon anymore, but it’s just like this one: https://www.amazon.com/ALOVECO-Outdoor-Running-Rechargeable-Adventure/dp/B078Y67SFL/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?crid=1QE5G45S4LQYH&keywords=chest+lamp&qid=1637933563&qsid=142-0358484-9003316&sprefix=chest+lamp%2Caps%2C322&sr=8-4&sres=B0...
I have a pair of these which I love. They do run a tad small, and are pretty tight (but keeps you cozy!).
Hey I got these great reusable pads on Amazon. Here is the link.

I love them they are so comfy and wash super easily and are really absorbent but not too bulky.
We bought this one with our stimulus money. It's awesome. I bought a dedicated ipad to play peloton/YouTube/Netflix while I run because I didn't want the iFIT crap :)

I would love to hear others' success stories with being able to use touch screen gloves! I got and love these for being warm enough, but not too hot, and able to keep out the wind, but I still found myself taking them off to do anything electronic.
I really like this one. I had several that I wore when my bra size was frequently changing and I didn't want to spend too much. If you're going on very long runs (over 2 hours), you might need to put anti-chafe stuff under the straps, but other than that they're great!
I'm so sorry that happened to you. Since you mentioned that pepper spray isn't allowed in Canada, I recommend carrying a personal safety alarm. They're lightweight enough to carry while running and they emit a loud siren when activated (usually by pulling a tab). Here's an example: https://www.amazon.com/KOSIN-Personal-Security-Keychain-Emergency/dp/B07NLFQS7T/

I bought these last winter and they've held up really well, and kept me warm in the worst of the winter.
I’ve loved my $17 Sojos sunglasses. I’ve had the pink and black pairs. Super might, grippy nose pads, and don’t fog up too easily. I also have some of their non-sport ones cause they’re super cute and cheeeeap!!
I usually wash stuff in activewear specific laundry detergent once a month/when I remember I haven’t done it in a while. I don’t do it always because it’s so expensive.
I like Win but have also used Sport Suds
If you are on a budget, this one works great for me (and was actually recommended on a different thread sometime back) and I'm a 32DD:
I'm in the same boat! I've been wearing some reflective bands and carrying a small bike light because it's usually only quite dark for the first half of my run and I can tuck it in my pocket after. Looking for better solutions as it gets darker though, so looking forward to seeing what everyone suggests! (I've been looking at this but debating if a vest might be better)
