it works faster as your blood vessel are closer to the surface but as there are lots of capillaries under the tongue and in the cheek (place tablet between tongue and cheek. Eating, drinking, or smoking, can affect how the drug is absorbed and how well it works. Sores in the mouth can be irritated when taking sublingually also as modafinil is meant to be taken orally some of the fillers/binders may not break down so you need to rinse your mouth well after taking. Drugs called enteral drugs (which modafinil is) go the gastrointestinal tract and are absorbed by the digestive system and enter the hepatic portal system. It is carried through the portal vein into the liver before it reaches the rest of the body. This process means that the liver will often absorb a sizeable amount of the drug so that only a small amount of active drug emerges from the liver to the rest of the circulatory system. I probably havent explained it well so maybe this will help https://www.britannica.com/science/drug-chemical-agent#ref126883 also this might be of help (the slide show is mildly informative) https://www.slideshare.net/ankit_2408/routes-of-drug-administration-1
Nausea is a known side effect of adrafinil, but yeah it sounds like the weed probably made it worse. Both drugs are known to affect digestion.
Actually all three drugs, including caffeine, inhibit GABA release. If your goal is to try to relax at the end of the day, I'd suggest something that boosts GABA like Taurine or L-Theanine instead (or in addition).
It might be worth looking into CHS.
Finally - did you drink anything besides coffee? Your symptoms don't sound like (just) dehydration, but drinking more water is a safe and super easy way to reduce negative effects of afinils. If you invest in an enormous water bottle like this one, you won't even have to break focus to refill.
There's studies noting that taking over 1000mg in one 24 hour period resulted in no overdose or averse side effects. Study in a military setting.
Although I don't recommend to do this often. It's just not sustainable. But clinical studies show it's also not life threatening.
No substitute for sleep. Best to catch up on some zzz's after your exam. Good luck.
$38 is the "no insurance" price. (I paid $20 copay when insurance covered). Also, you don't need a Costco membership to use the pharmacy.
Costco has a prescription savings plan for people with no insurance or with insurance that does not cover the cost. That plan takes it down another $5. source: http://www.costco.com/member-prescription-program.html
You can walk out of Costco with a 30-day supply of 200mg Modafinil for $33.00

therapeutic dosages of modafinil do not create tolerance and studies have been carried out on such dosages however psychological dependence upon modafinil has been noted. So yes you are correct I should not have said tolerance I should have said psychologically dependent whereby one feels one cannot operate without increased amounts of modafinil https://www.researchgate.net/publication/288992312_Effects_of_Modafinil_and_R-Modafinil_on_Brain_Stimulation_Reward_Thresholds_Implications_for_Their_Use_in_the_Treatment_of_Psychostimulant_Dependence http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4319252/
Just so you know Bitcoin is not untraceable. From the bitcoin FAQ
> Bitcoin is often perceived as an anonymous payment network. But in reality, Bitcoin is probably the most transparent payment network in the world.
It is possible to have near anonymity; however if you are new to this or do not understand the inner workings this is very very hard.
It only takes one screw up. For example Ross Ulbricht was not screwed over by a VPN service (that we know of). He one time accidently connected to his servers without TOR or a VPN and there was a log of that. That connection was from a coffee shop that he frequented.
That one mistake that he made many months before his capture was one (of many) nails in his coffin.
That being said... I am sure there are many more people order much more quantity that you, using their real identities. I just didn't want you to feel like you were anonymous with bitcoin when you are not (unless you really know what you are doing).
It was £6.50 on amazon and you get loads of little utensils haha. Don't even know what most of them do.
Here it is https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00K1Q9HIE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
> Would you recommend ExpressVPN or BTGuard or another?
I wouldn't recommend any. They can claim to not keep logs because it's free to make bullshit claims that users cannot verify, and some will believe you. But when law enforcement comes knocking, the VPN suddenly has information for them and won't go down for the user's sake. (This is not hypothetical: there was a child porn ring in Australia, some of whose users made the mistake of believing the VPN's claims and paid the price; a VPN may also have helped undo Ross Ulbricht.)
well at least make sure you don't swallow toilet paper (parachuting the powder) or anything. That will destroy your GI Tract.
I don't think you really have options besides caps.
For unscored pills I use this, but my armodafinil (Artvigil) pills are scored, so I've mostly found it easy to split with my fingers.
Are you staying well hydrated? That bright light strains your eyes, and drinking some water should help with that.
There's also f.lux which reduces blue light, reducing eye strain and an out of sync circadian rhythm.
Like most have said already. You’re fine! I used to work out a great deal and I’d drink 10 litres minimum a day. Had this weird addiction, where I didn’t feel ‘right’ not being totally hydrated.
The main issue is depleting your salt / electrolyte levels which can cause water intoxication and this can be fatal.
https://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/features/water-intoxication
The way to combat that is to simply mix some sugar and salt in your water. Like a home made isotonic drink (Gatorade), can be made with cordial and a half tea spoon of salt.

Man, I'm sorry to hear that. Have you checked the description of SJS that everyone's rambling on about? It's really nothing to fuck with. If it's caught before any or all of the symptoms listed there become even close to obvious, you'll be way way better off, otherwise you risk hospitalization or death (for real--sepsis and/or sudden respiratory failure blows like that). By the time real symptoms show up, you're already super fucked and it's infinitely more complicated (and more costly) to deal with.
I may be saying this as a stranger, but if there's two things not to fuck with, it's the Wu-Tang Clan and organ failure. The spot you're talking about is definitely not normal, and it's not going away. Get yourself checked out. Like first thing in the morning. If it's money holding you back, there are ways to find quality medical attention without costing a fortune. I'd be happy to help you with that.
Cankers? no, not explicitly but cankers have many causes - could also just be coincidence
https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/canker-sore/symptoms-causes/syc-20370615
Cold sores - only a virus cause those
The modafinil molecule is not bonded to any other molecule in Provigil or any other brand of modafinil. That would significantly alter the intended therapeutic effects of modafinil.
Modafinil doesn't work for everyone. There's actually gene that can be tested for.
23and me will test for this.
If you're missing it modafinil might not work for you. Also where did you get it from. It's not that unusual for places just to sell you caffine pills.
also, forgot to mention that I used modafinil with step two of qualia for the first time yesterday. Could some of its ingredients cause this reaction? https://monosnap.com/file/XpDcA7TnQcRQfGXOBB2u9Ah4wrKrDh
I only took step two because I didn't want to take caffeine
Would you care to share them? The 45 articles in my library on modafinil don't seem to mention any of the negatives you describe. They seem to indicate quite the opposite.
> ExpressVPN or BTGuard - Totally agree. They can say whatever they want until something goes down and Uncle Sam comes-a-knocking. See how fast they come up with your footprint and info. BTC would honestly be the easiest unless you want to go deal with all the nuts buying prepaid CC's at Walmart. Most suppliers you will come across accept BTC and some even offer a slight discount. The news story mentioned, the people involved had a lot more going on besides modafinil - they were into some pretty deep criminal activities. Good luck man!
Being very new to VPNs and online privacy (two days haha) I don't think i can put up much of an argument. This is one of the best ones I could find for free which on best VPN () says that "Much easier to get excited about is that CyberGhost keep no logs. No content, visited websites, IP addresses or personal communication is kept all. Anonymous log-in records are kept for 24 hours for statistical purposes, but are deleted every day. Also, no payment account details are stored once the payment process is over."
Would you recommend ExpressVPN or BTGuard or another?
This may not be what you're looking for. But I pretty much work 7 days a week. I initially started taking my moda on very busy days, but that transitioned into daily use. After about 3 weeks I decided it wasn't a great idea, although oddly enough I wasn't increasing tolerance. The tolerance did build quickly after starting daily use, but seemed to plateau around 200mg. Early on 50mg was enough, now 200 seems to get the same effect, but never more than that. Regardless, taking anything on a daily basis is not a good idea (at least not for me). So I decided to only dose once or twice MAX Mon-thru Thurs, then dose Fri Sat & Sun (since those are my insane work days). On my off days, I take half of an "Up Time Maximum Strenght" supplement. Sometimes I take the other half a few hours later if I'm having a long day. These little fuckers are pretty powerful! And have nothing in them even slightly related to Moda, so it's a good way to work your tolerance down without needing to be "off the ball" on days you cant take mods.
I'm honestly not big on "energy suppliments". I had a bad experience with Stacker II's back in the day lol. And most of them just make you feel really strange and jittery. Some have tons of Niacin that turns my skin bright red and itchy lol. But this stuff has worked really well for me. And it's pretty damn cheap too. It's not a moda replacement by any means. The two are not even close in terms of effects. But I found it a pretty good supplement for my off days.
Here it is on Amazon: Up Time Max
During the semester I was taking 200 mg and I was experiencing the same effects. I began meditating after subscribing /r/Meditation and reading Mindfulness in Plain English.
It helped to slow my life down and appreciate things without having to tweak out with 200 mg of Modafinil everyday.
If you plan on doing this regularly, spend the $30 and get a scale like this one. I use it all the time, worth the money https://www.amazon.com/American-Weigh-GEMINI-20-Portable-MilliGram/dp/B0012TDNAM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1487723829&sr=8-1&keywords=gemini+scale
so citrate doesnt make you sleepy? i guess i'll have to switch to that one?
i didn't know.
since you're knowledgable can you tell me what bcaas do? I been taking this and it's not that conscious but i do notice i feel better when i take it. i've been taking it on and off though because it tastes nasty and i can't bring myself to make a habit of taking it.
Good to know about D3 early in the day. What brand do you take? I was checking out this brand (SportsResearch).
From what I've read, the L-Theanine helps with excess anxiety brought on from the Mod or Arm +caffeine, and has "focus" qualities in of itself.
If you haven't seen this video yet, Dave Asprey talks in depth on his decade of Mod use while kicking ass in business school and building/selling a startup: https://youtu.be/b88VJpQwa7U
The best advice I can give is be prepared. My doctor knows that I come in knowing as much as a lay person can know about all their current medications - both the risks and the benefits. So know your stuff.
In my situation, I have been on ambien for years under the assumption of it being simple insomnia. I had already been through the testing to rule out sleep apnea, and other possible sleep disorders. It's once I started keeping a sleep log, every single day, that I had evidence that it wasn't. My weekends showed a great night's sleep if I was allowed to keep sleeping through until 10 or 11 in the morning. It was on the weekdays, even though I was diligently taking my meds and practicing good "sleep hygiene," that the problems were happening.
With this information in hand (six months of sleep logs - which was overkill most likely) I went in, showed her the logs, went over the risks and benefits of modafinil, and simply asked "I think this medication can help me get back on track. What do you think?"
If you have an android phone, I would recommend using the Sleep as Android (Play Store link) app. It can tie in with your wearables, or can simply be used on the phone itself. But any log, even if it is pencil and paper, can be used to help show what it is your experiencing.
I wish you the best of luck, and I hope you get to find relief.
