Definitely possible. The other area of questioning is the countries that aren't reporting all their cases or their deaths. Looks like the US mortality rate is 3.9% right now, Italy is 12.8%. I use a modified hosts file on my computer and tablet so it blocks advertisement servers at the device level. I also use a private dns on my phone to block ads, even on mobile games.
