I don't think you look ugly. I do think you have potential if you decide to put work into it.
Clear skin is always a plus. I can recommend this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dermanostic . I finally managed to get clear skin with the help of this app myself.
Your hair looks healthy but the hair cut doesn't really suit you. I'm not an expert with this though so I would suggest you ask your local hair stylist for advice and/or post on this sub:
Lastly I think you look very tired and just in general look like a lot is going on in your life. If I'm correct then I hope that'll clear up soon and you will feel content with yourself :) best wishes!
Acne is part of growing up. Don’t worry, it’ll get better in time. But that’s no excuse to not take care of your skin, especially sensitive skin. Use Cetaphil cleanser (always dermatologist’s first recommendation) and a noncomedogenic moisturizer. See a dermatologist if you want better recommendations because they can best diagnose the root causes of your specific type of acne and the treatments based on skin type.
I have sensitive skin too and find most benzoyl peroxide products too irritating. If I use any, it tends to be an occasional low concentration spot treatment, like this.
As a woman in my 30s, there is absolutely nothing wrong with your body. You are lovely. I know how hard body dysmorphia can be, if you’re dealing with it right now. No matter what others may tell you it is hard to always believe they are being truthful. Learning to love and appreciate your body when you’re a teenage female is even tougher because everyone has an opinion about how your body should look — from pop culture and trends, to your peers and random creepy old men. At your age you should only worry about being the healthiest and happiest version of yourself.
This book was one my mom gave me in my late teens that I highly recommend to any younger woman.
Does your facial hair grow in thicker? If so a beard and stache could add more definition between features. If you can’t grow more than the current stubble then go clean-shaven. I’d trim up the tops of your inner brow corners, you can do that with a set of tools like this set easily. Just brush up with the spoolie brush and even out the tops so you don’t have the little sprouts in the center.
I almost feel like a lip balm with just a hint of a color to it would also add some more definition to your lips. Right now you have a very pale face from the eyes down (I know the struggle, I’m a pale redhead myself). Not like a full-on lip makeup product, but you can find just barely tinted balms. Try something that is a natural nude or pinky nude color with a balm texture and finish, not a gloss finish. I would go for a color similar to the shade Honey of this product. (That’s just as an example for a color and type of product to look for, there’s way cheaper options out there for like $5.)
i think glasses like this/shaped similar to this would look nice on you! either lighter coloured framed or translucent ones would look good! round glasses are really in style right now!! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078LZ4YJG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_XrkrFbZ5044JB
A common misconception is that oily skin types shouldn't moisturize. But oil overproduction is actually made worse by a lack of moisturization--your skin is overcompensating by producing too much oil because it lacks hydration. Moisturizers introduce water to the skin, not more oil---a properly hydrated face will cause your skin quality to improve dramatically.
You want to look into water based gels or a mattifying moisturizer This one also has SPF protection, and both are pretty inexpensive.
If your oily face is causing you trouble, please try it out. You can fix it!
