This app was such a huge help with our first. The nurses at the hospital gave us a sheet of paper to track all of our baby's feeding and bathroom instances and times right after I gave birth, and we forgot half the time to write it down. This app was SUPER helpful and we set up the paid version (Pro) on both my husband and I's phones.
It's also nice for tracking weight, height, head measurements, and other details at all of her doctor's appointments. I still use it (though not as frequently) to date.
I always highly recommend it to my friends with new babies, since it's been such a great tracker.

Edit: clarification
I wouldn’t wear this out but once the evening hits I’m wearing this, no seduction in this house, you just get what you get!
I’m 5’10 and it’s still knee length I adore it 💜
I think I have embraced my pouch and looking like crap a little too much too soon 😬
It's pretty pricey, but I love this sunscreen for my face every day! I don't think it smells beachy! Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen SPF...
I got this thing from Amazon today and it is already a lifesaver for the chair I use for working from home: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014F18ZGU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I got these and as someone that hates bras; holy dear god. I finally found something that fits haha. I'm still going braless 99% of the time bc I'm at home and I just prefer it, even with my huuuge boobs. But these are really great and I definitely would recommend them.
They are nursing bras though. I didn't want to have to buy tons of stuff so I liked that it could be used longer term.
I remember reading this book (The Confident Parent) when I was pregnant with my first and it was good both in the details and the broad parenting questions I had.
The author is a pediatrician and a mom. Plus I liked how the first chapter starts out.
I've been using this one for a few years for constant GERD (reflux) and I really like it! It looks like it might be out of stock but if you can find one with a similar dip for your shoulder I think that really helps for sleeping on your side and not slipping off.

I’ve been taking these with a fish oil a day for the DHA
Hi! Also a STM who did not have a fancy pillow the first go around. After a good viability ultrasound I said I was treating myself this time and I have not been disappointed.

So far it’s great and I feel really supported. Besides waking up to pee it’s been amazing sleep. I took the extra part off for now, I have a feeling I will need it later but I love the versatility with this. My best friend has the same one she’s 5 months PP and says she still uses the smaller piece for support in their recliner.
Take it from this STM. The baby Bjorn bouncer is worth it. Get it used, you can machine wash the cover, whatever, it’s awesome. This activity arch for it is great (hang whatever toys from it and it also can be clipped to the stroller/bassinet)
Have you looked at sleep to wake clocks? I have recommended this to 5-6 different moms with toddlers struggling with this exact issue and it has worked WONDERS. It’s not the cheapest one on the market but I can vouch for it. It’s AWESOME. Would order another the same day if something ever happened to it 😂

Found these on a buzzfeed list and thought I’d share (scroll through the options and there’s some lounge versions with pockets)
These got me through my first trimester last pregnancy. That, and lots of little snacks throughout the day. The nausea is from the increasing hormone levels, and an empty stomach can feel unsettled.

There's one called The Pregnancy Journal. I used it for my two older kids and have one for this one but probably won't start filling it out until we get our ultrasound in a couple of weeks.
I bought this one & carry it around the house! Right now I’m using it curled up to prop myself up at night, but will have it when I need to use it more traditionally. PharMeDoc Pregnancy Pillow with... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KIQH2VU?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
My boyfriend just bought me this one, and it's pretty great. Absolutely no smell at all. The only thing that somewhat bothers me is the little zipper part (it's there so you can remove the other side of the pillow), but overall it's nice that's a feature because it's more versatile that way. It's not too huge, and I can use it with or without another pillow for my head depending on how propped up I want to be.
Thanks for the tip! I love ginger for nausea. Yesterday I had my first real nausea day that lasted for hours. Today I finally got my order ofAnna and Sarah's organic candied ginger, and it is a lifesaver! Literally one piece and my nausea disappeared!
