Maybe a griddle or grill pan? The pan in the picture looks deeper than what I expected, so I'm not sure. But here's an example I found that is sorta close: https://www.amazon.com/SC-Non-stick-Material-Circular-included/dp/B08PT4LL2N/ref=asc_df_B08PT4LL2N/
The one i have is this Aroma Housewares 20 Cup Cooked (10 cup uncooked) Digital Rice Cooker, Slow Cooker, Food Steamer, SS Exterior (ARC-150SB),Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0055FSN0Y/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_K8H8XM1M352ZDRA9CY6Z?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1. I bought it nearly 4 years ago and its still kicking. I only ever use it to steam or make rice. Expensive doesnt mean better. You can make as little as 2 cups of uncooked rice at a time which is plenty for 2 people or to have fried rice the next day with leftovers.
Sure! Here is the grill. Couldn't find my original recipe from 5 months ago, but this one looks similar. Cooking on charcoal, not briquettes, brings so much more to the table in flavor. It gets really hot and you can cook for a half an hour on it. I roast veggies and peppers after. Amazing flavors. Good luck. Edit: formatting
