Ah yes, welcome to porter life.
You want the powdered oxiclean. Just get the regular one, the one that says "odor blaster" costs more and doesn't actually work any better. Fill a bucket with ice cold water (could also use a tub but I don't b/c I bathe my kid in there and it skeeves me out, YMMV) and add powdered oxiclean at a ratio of 2 scoops per gallon of water. Really mix it together well so it dissolves. Add clothes. Irrigate with a plunger, or one of these. Let it sit overnight, check on it, let sit longer if needed, and then wash as normal.
I studied my mortuary school tests (my professor did all of his in multiple choice format to mimic the boards). There are some good little study cards on Quizlet and I also purchased this book:

Patty day parades are being cancelled across the country. i'm on hold with hotels.com to change a room because a conference I was to attend next weekend has cancelled. Cancelling large gatherings shows respect for the experts who are trying to save lives.
I took the boards over 20 years ago but the Funeral Service Compend covers everything!! It is all memorization and lots of big words, especially where chemistry and micro is concerned. I'm still quite new to Reddit and I not sure it will work but I'll try to provide a link, if you've not yet obtained the book. Good luck to you! https://www.amazon.com/Funeral-Service-Compend-Students-Mortuary/dp/B000W4RWOQ
For the technical aspects, I recommend checking out the Cremation Process as described by CANA.
For the beauty and reverence, I recommend watching the film The Departures, which is very moving and free to stream on several services.
