You don't say what device you listen on... if it's Android, then check out Listen Audiobook Player
You can set it to sleep timer to pretty much any duration. Just before the sleep timer stops play there is a couple of quiet beeps. You can then shake your tablet/phone and it will do another sleep timer duration.
You can set it to auto engage sleep timer between certain times of the day.
I used to use a regular (music orientated) media player for audio books, but the dedicated audio book players have some features that make them so much better
You may also want to use a dedicated audiobook app. It has similar features as Audible (keeps your place, and allows for fast playback without distortion).

I haven't used it enough to recommend it highly. I just know it's an option.
Here are two of them:

I see you've already done a bunch of great books. I really love having the text and audio together like this. Thanks!
Great idea, subscribed! I'm partial to LibriVox audiobooks read by Peter Yearsley. I really like his voice and presentation, but I don't know if the stories that he's read would be popular with other people that watch your videos.

I'm also partial to horror, and tales of mystery and imagination, but again I don't know if that would appeal to your other subscribers.
Best of luck with this project though!

If you want to browse the whole catalog, go to https://librivox.org and press the Genre/Subject button and look under the several Fantasy Fiction genres.
There's tons of good audiobooks on YouTube. Also if you have a library card at your local library, most of them have lots of audiobooks on what they call "OverDrive". If your library does have it you can use an app called Libby to listen to them or from their website. https://meet.libbyapp.com/
I am using Linux but I am sure this can be done with Windows / MacOs. You can use youtube-dl with -x
flag to extract audio automatically. This will look something like this: youtube-dl -x <youtube playlist url>
in the terminal.
Have a look at Smart Audiobook Player. Great audiobook player/organizer with lots of features and playback options.
Also, check out Youtube Vanced for playing audio from YouTube while your phone is locked (removes ads too).
I apologize if this isn't the place for this, I'll remove it if asked. Books currently running:
The Power of Habit
Models:Attracting Women Through Honesty
Rich Dad Poor Dad (The Original)
The Subtle Art of Not Giving A Fuck
