I will wait until the new Android app is released perhaps. Holding on to the recovery passphrase for Coinomi is no problem. Killing and restarting the app didn't really do anything. I'm looking at https://coinomi.com/faq/ and wondering if it has something to do with a BIP39 passphrase. I don't THINK I put a passphrase on my old wallet, so who knows. We'll see what happens when the new app comes out.
