Another alternative to screenhunter that I've been using the past year is ShareX. It lets you take screenshots and screen recordings too. It also lets you upload to whatever image/video hosting site you want like imgur or youtube. Super useful for me
On the Todoist app, click your avatar and you'll see a menu item called Integrations. That's where you link your Google Calendar. If you need a User Guide to do it here it is >> https://todoist.com/help/articles/use-google-calendar-with-todoist
To remember recurring tasks like your government contributions, use a tool that's already in your phone -- Calendar. You can make it recurring.
Personally, I use an app called Todoist. What I love about it is I can set it recurring based on set interval. For example, just enter "Do <this task> every 3rd day of the month" and this puts it on your calendar to remind you every 3rd of the month. You can state "every quarter", "every Sept 9", yearly, "every Monday", etc. Use the keyword "every" for recurring reminders.
I even use it to motivate me to exercise -- you type "Exercise every Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6am" and these are marked on my calendar. When I'm done, there is that oddly satisfying feeling of putting a check mark beside it as done.
Todoist also accepts tasks without deadlines but it's better with target date so that it gets done.
If you forget to do it, the task keeps showing up on your succeeding days until you mark it as done. It even syncs with your Google Calendar. Available on mobile app and web.
Hindi ko pa nasubukan yan since I don't have a wise account. Sa fee naman parang ang clients ko na nag shoulder since nakukuha ko ng buo ung payment nila. Hehehe. Pero if you have questions pa about wise to gcash transfer tingin ka na lang dito.

I haven't tried Microsoft To-Do, but I've been using Google Keep.
The main thing I use to motivate myself is LifeRPG, your very own (customized) RPG life.
You set your own tasks and get rewarded a certain amount of points which you can use to redeem a reward. ^(You set the points and costs yourself too.)
There are also skill levels where you may or may not decide to give bonuses if you reach a certain level/tier. ^(I personally give discount% to rewards. Yes, tedious...but it helps me think I should prioritize those.)
Highly prone to cheating, so you can train honesty at the same time :)
