For cleaning records that aren't toooo damaged, this one works great for me!

I have a more deep cleaning tool but tbh haven't even touched it yet haha unless the record is super old and damaged this cleaner should suffice!

I'd try going to your thrift store and buying a couple of junk records you don't care about to test the other stuff on. Just so you can feel confident in the process and not ruin a highly valuable record.
