Your direct neighbor is Venice, so feel free to expand (particularly, theres a spot inbetween Madrid and Venice where you can get 3 flood plains wheat in your initial rung, and eventually have 2 desert hill sheep, 2 normal desert hills, an oasis, the aformentioned wheat, and a whole lot of flood plain, that city will be stronk). America is to your northwest, while Siam is north east. As far as natural wonders, I was only able to play the first 50 turns before I had to stop (gotta leave as soon as I finish this post infact), however I did find 2 natural wonders. Lake Victoria is to the north east, thankfully Siam won't be able to steal it because Wellington has it (I recommend taking wellington, as its so worth it), while to the north of America lies the Great Barrier Reef, which unless you forward settle the ass out of Washington you won't be able to get for a bit (Siam will likely steal it, they did in my game). The advanced options checked are allow policy saving, allow promotion saving, quick combat + quick movement, and no barbarians. I'm sure you'd be able to save the map and reroll until you started say near the GBR or something, but your start location is pretty good as is. Enjoy!
Turn 1- http://www.filedropper.com/3sejong0000bc-4000 Turn 2- http://www.filedropper.com/3-cult-sejong0000bc-4000 ( found a culture ruin and founded the city)
3fish, 3gems, 2 silk, coast and marble within reach. There are 3 other spots for great cities around the capital.
So this is probably the most fun map I have ever played. Arabia on BNW (plus all the DLC, G&K should that matter) no mods, Pangea+. I handpicked all the usual warmongers to make it a bit more interesting - because Camel Archers crush everything.
So you get this pretty good start, six luxuries, desert, a few hills, one oasis. You also have the FoY just six tiles away. Sounds good, right? Problem is: Your capital is slightly low on production and food. This is Pangea+, so all city states workers are far out of reach. And all your neighbours are warmongers - with Assyria AND Attila right next door. You even have to forward settle Assyria to get the Fountain.
Lot's of fun, pretty much 4000 years constant war. In my play I just got to settle two cities, even though the spot north east on the huge river delta was just begging to be settled. But Petra was a priority, so was the early National College, and why build a city if other are willing to do all the hard for work for you, right?
