Yeap! I haven't bought from her personally, because I already have a good relationship with the person I'm buying from. I've heard that she has a very good reputation and judging from the amount of previous buyers and her huge amount of orders completed, I would think it's true.
Availability: She has a pinned tweet at the top of her profile with links to the things that she's doing orders for and it shows all the items as well the order deadline. It seems that she doesn't have Rocket Girls stuff but it that case you can ask about an individual order.
Prices: Prices are dependent on what you're buying. Because you wanted the Rocket Girls album, you need to find a listing to buy it (so you need to find one on sale on a Chinese website), and then use her individual order form to tell her this is what you want to order. Since there's only one person buying it (that would be you), you can expect to pay for the album + individual order fee + shipping (to the Chinese warehouse) + shipping (to your location). If you're still concerned, you might be able to ask for a cost breakdown.
Questions: You can get the answers to all your questions from her FAQ page which is linked in the pinned tweet at the top of her profile. She also walks you through a short how to do an individual order on the FAQ page. If you're already talking to her, it would probably be easier to just ask her.
You can stream it on y.qq.com. You need china proxy or vpn. Chrome extension hola vpn works well. There are 5 major chinese streaming apps on a phone. Kugou app is my preference but all of them are good. You can use this vpn for your phone https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cc.oasis.minor1&hl=en
>I really like this. I wish i could find it on google play to add to my playlist
No comments about the legality, but torch browser allows you to download videos along with .AAC music.
If you want the mp3, then I guess https://hooktube.com/watch?v=N0t0HT7Eh1c is your best bet.
I use this vpn for Kugou https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fm.fanfan.podcast&hl=en There's another vpn called Transocks.
My apps are Kugou, NetEase, Joox and Spotify. I used to pay a monthly subscription for QQ Music but it expired. IIRC it gets you ~300 downloads on phone and no limit on PC.
