Spent $50 on this “Dome Light Dimmer with Delay.... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016B414PI?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share” , worked out great! Fade in when open and fade out after 20 seconds when closed (immediately if ignition is on), super happy with it! Passenger side doesn’t show “ajar” on the dash anymore but whatever.
Update,
I have taken the 3.4 down to the bare block and it is being sent to the machine shop to be checked out. I should know next week if I need to bore or if I will get away with a hone and new rings.
Here are the photos I have taken so far.. Sorry I keep forgetting to take pictures during the process.
Yeah definitely. I'm washing it this evening so I'll take plenty for ya
Keep in mind I bought the car pretty much as is but I know it's a custom made pipe straight all the way to the cheap tips lol https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003D4KAUU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_VKMHC2TMEMHPQMQ1R84N?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Thanks so much for the info! Would something like this be suitable? https://www.amazon.ca/MulWark-Waterproof-Pigtail-Automotive-Motorbikes/dp/B08JZ5C29C/ref=sr_1_23?keywords=fusible%2Blink&qid=1656354869&s=automotive&sprefix=fusible%2Blink%2Cautomotive%2C95&sr=1-23&th=1
We all get rid of it and replace it with better more modern stuff like this.
Warning, removing the old stuff is SUPER itchy

Ask and ye shall receive.
I felt that the ground cables provided with the speakers were a bit short, but they did reach. They give you MORE than enough positive cable and each of them came with a solid amount of trigger wire and probably 20 feet worth of RCA. I'd already run RCA and a trigger wire so ended up not using the provided ones.
I ended up wiring the triggers together, used a splitter on the RCA and ran them to both speakers. Both grounds go to G202, and the power wires, as stated, go through a hole drilled in the firewall between the passthroughs (USE A GROMMET).
Each speaker came with two ring connectors and two "fork" connectors, for lack of a better word, as well as two red and two black sleeves that are meant to cover the bare ends of the connectors where the wires crimp onto them. I only ended up using the ring connectors and one of each supplied color of connector per speaker.
I bought some rv cup holders: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073CX3Q3C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_0BDsFbWCEK5QY
I took the inner door panels off, drilled four holes in a piece of plexiglass, secured them and boom, retractable cup holder right behind the door pockets!
I purchased this wagner hvlp sprayer from amazon and used 3.5 gallons of plastidip that I picked up from plastidip's site directly.
