I picked up one of these. It's way expensive for what it is, but it works great and doesn't block any vents.

I have one of these it works quite nice, but it does kind of clutter the console a little bit, blocks the passenger climate knob.

FWIW, I did find this one which is specific to F-Types.

This one is my current solution and also works in the left side vent, but it's a bit in the way and uncomfortable to shift your eyes to.

If I wasn't so reliant on the accuracy of my phone's navigation, this probably would be a non-thing and I could just tuck my phone away.

I got this one, attached it to the carbon fiber above the infotainment system.

Came right off (no damage) when I... Cries sold it.
