If you can't go as long as a game of go fish without
staring at a mans dish, this product is for you. Even
the queens have wieners in this game. There's a
huge tree on every three and a spruce on every
deuce! It's not shooting mace, but still don't put
you face too close to the ace. Charlie approved!

It's pretty awesome, just watch safety videos and use it around no one. It really is good for clearing out the bamboo and other plants blocking my trails.
Link to the page. I was just looking for valentine's day gifts for my gf and we like to send mochi gifs to each other so I was looking at this. Guess I better not tempt fate after all!
At that point I would say yes, there is a difference. A dollar store one will probably be easier to physically break or short, and will most likely only be rated for standard quality HDMI output (1080i) and not for the high-speed HDMI standard (1080p+). Will it still put out 1080p? Possibly, but it isn't rated for that so it might put out nothing or have heavy artifacts.
However, once you break into the range of cables that are rated as being 1080p+ compatible you stop seeing any noticeable differences. Since it's a digital cable that uses transition minimized differential signaling, or TDMS, it's output is lossless and measured only by capability, not quality. It's a common misunderstanding since we're just coming out of the era where analog cable quality did heavily affect the quality. Nowadays if a digital cable is not up to par, it will either show artifacts like patches of missing white pixels, or it will just show nothing.
I imagine a 6 foot high-speed HDMI cable can run for less than $40, but I've yet to see that outside of Ebay and Craigslist.
Here's a decent article on the subject.

I don't even know why I looked up disposable chopsticks on Amazon.
I have one I inherited from my roommate. It’s not a bad speaker for the price but there are better options at that price point. The Anker Soundcore 2 is a few dollars more and doesn’t warble at higher volumes and isn’t nearly as “tinny” sounding at higher volumes.
