Next time, please read the sidebar and follow the rules. You need to include the series in your title, which is [Original] in this case. You also need to post the source in the comments, which you can find by using SourceNao as stated on the sidebar. The artist for this piece is actually a favorite of mine, Amagaitaro~
I will also ask that anything this lewd be marked nsfw, and have marked it as such.
Other than that, this is a fantastic post and I thank you for sharing! Next time, please follow the rules listed^^ If you have any questions, feel free to ask anytime!

I'll add this here as well:

edit: Fixed source link, because I'm an idiot and forgot to change it before I went to sleep ><
Use the SauceNAO browser extension in the future. It's even linked in the sidebar. It found the Pixiv post in no time flat. And if SauceNAO can't find it, chances are it's a Twitter post that Ascii2D (included in the extension) can find instead.
A bit late but this is the actual source. Konachan, Danbooru etc. aren't really sources (Danbooru even forbids you posting your own art).
http://saucenao.com can take you to the Pixiv source.
