Never made a group before but I figured it coud be an easy way for people to connect specifiacally on MFP
Get the original instead and mix butter in, that's all this is but with fake butter, cheap veg oil with flavourings. Go to Amazon and you can get a gallon bottle. https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.amazon.co.uk/Franks-RedHot-Original-Cayenne-Pepper/dp/B002L639UY&ved=2ahUKEwir4ofBwqraAhXBb1AKHQAZCMgQFjAAegQICRAB&usg=AOvVaw1aYV8m7CIfoVXhdxAmp5P-
If you only have one or two cups of tea a day then normal milk may still be ok for you, 20 mls of milk carries 4g carbs in it. Alternatives include single cream [still high in carbs], double cream [high in calories for the amount you'll be drinking] or alternative types of milk including almond and coconut milk.
Sign up on http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ It carries a simple way to check food calories and carbs, details on how to adjust your macros are here
Of all the various milk alternatives I've tried, I like Cashew milk the most by a long shot. I buy Planish unsweetened 8x1ltr pack from Amazon which also works out to about £1.60 per carton. It doesn't get "bitty" or curdle when left too long in hot drinks, no awful after taste and also tastes great in cereal as even my kids like it and I can drink it on its own, also only 1.5g carbs per 100ml.
Hey, on measurements I bought these on Amazon
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01BNHF8MS/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_apa_i_YWi.FbT6N2TNV
They have helped a bunch as I can now follow all the American keto recipes (where literally everything seems to be in cups) with ease.
H&B's prices are ridiculous. I got it from amazon. I got a small bag (100g) from ebay for just over £3 first, just to see if I liked working with it. 100g lasted me through about 6 or 7 recipes.
For a start, don't worry about the scales so much, at most weigh yourself once a week. As for stalls/gaining, if you weigh yourself once a week they are a lot less likely to happen provided you try to weigh in on the same day at the same time and after a similar day. It might still happen, which is demoralising, but it's totally normal unless it lasts over a month, in which case you've probably neglected to update your macros.
I'd advise trying to drop carbs to as little as possible for a week or two, just to make sure you are fully adapted. Once you've done that, 20-30g is fine. I normally have mine as https://www.amazon.co.uk/Grenade-Carb-Killa-High-Protein/dp/B00UL4M22Y/ as I also feel chocolate cravings. The caramel and banana ones are lush, and if you subscribe you amazon you can get up to 15% off too. I also get the killa coffee ones but many people don't like them. That takes care of ~40g of protein for my lazy days when I don't want to cook, add in some cheese and a can of tuna and that's a days food I don't have to think about at all.
Once you are used to it, try intermittent fasting too. ie, have all the calories you eat in a day in an hour. Not having to worry about breakfast or lunch makes my day a lot easier.
You can get 1kg of unsweetened coconut chips on Amazon for less than a tenner! So good!
Buy Whole Foods Organic Coconut Chips Raw 1 Kg https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B007VOV84U/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_PQI6AbP32NY6X
Or just buy Tesco / Sainsbury low sodium salt £1 / 350g (they add potassium in place of some of the sodium, so 320mg Potassium and about 800mg sodium per 1.2g or 1/4tsp) and buy magnesium from Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01591D0G0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Just mix with water during day.
I've done this for years and never had electrolyte problems AFAIK!
The 'limit' is 20g of net carbohydrates a day (though how rigid you want to be to that is up to you). What you have per serving in everything you eat should add up to 20g or less at the end of the day.
Try using an app like MyFitnessPal to keep track of what you're eating.
Obviously, if you have 20g of carbs in one serving of one thing, you're going to find it almost impossible to eat enough for the rest of the day without going over that daily carbs limit, so it's best to keep that per serving amount as low as physically possible. But for the most part, you can balance a relatively high carb-per-serving (up to about 8-10g) with extremely low carb food the rest of the day.
According to this, it's 4g per glass.
Problem with MFP is that all the data is entered by consumers, some are more accurate than others.

Maybe get a set of these?
This bag lasts me a good few months. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Kirkland-Signature-Blanched-California-Superfine/dp/B079DM61Z8?pd_rd_w=rlkMy&pf_rd_p=3ee95098-e8d6-4493-91c0-253a420fca89&pf_rd_r=0H7ZM676KMF96JJFYWK4&pd_rd_r=caefe631-cdf5-42c6-ab0c-53fe19c9c128&pd_rd_wg=ZyokZ&pd_rd_i=B079DM61Z8&psc=1&ref_=pd_bap_d_rp_1_t
The full 2tbsp is an acquired taste I think! I love a fatty coffee but it was too rich for me.
I've been using Olimp MCT oil for a while now, it's the best priced one on Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B009OYB9SU/
If you look on amazon, there are a few squashes you can have made with stevia ( 100% keto friendly ) very pricey though https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sweetleaf-Water-Drops-Raspberry-Lemonade/dp/B078YKXHCF/ref=sr_1_11_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1536432378&sr=8-11&keywords=carb+squash
Closest I can find on Amazon with 1 carb per 10g:
I'd never heard of these bars before but it appears they're on amazon too. What are they like?
https://www.amazon.co.uk/PhD-Smart-Bar-High-Protein-Brownie/dp/B07Q4K5VCR?th=1
edit: turns out they've got maltitol in
I've been using Samsung Health for the last 9 months. It's pretty good.
The only problem I've found is when adding your own foods, it only goes to 1 decimal place. So if something is 2.75g carbs per portion/100g/whatever, you can to round to 2.7 or 2.8 (I always round up).
i found these, accidentally.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Mr-Tortilla-Tortillas-Kosher-Multigrain/dp/B09RGW2W8M?th=1
the 1 carb ones are perfect "small soft taco" sized, and the 2 carb ones are "kinda small wrap" sized.
I like these Black Country Snacks
These were the best pre-made treats i could find before i settled for just dark chocolate. They taste good and have good quality ingredients (if youre ok with peanuts).
I grab a 1kg bag of ground almonds off of amazon, usually this:https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08PPGGSJG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. . 6.9g carbs/100g
Its really not so complicated once you have a working routine. I take 1 of these in the morning and at night, then maybe one more in the day if i feel like im getting low. I know what it feels like to be ill from low magnesium, and this current routine is keeping those symptoms away, so im confident im not deficient at this point. Im also not shitting water every time i take a dose, so im confident im not overdosing.
Back in my keto days I used to use erythritol as a sweetener for coffees. Erythritol has a essentially no effect on blood sugars because you can't even digest it so it passes through undigested, thus no blood sugar rise. I have heard of brands mixing Erythritol with Aspartame though to get the cost down. Personally, I'd recommend the NKDliving brand on amazon. Another sweetener you could look into is Stevia. But I've never had it myself so I won't comment on its effects.
I prefer natural keto sweeteners.
I really like chicory root syrup - I use It for baking! The golden syrup is like honey but less sweet (no aftertaste!) and the chocolate one really tastes like chocolate syrup and again no aftertaste!
I like the mild sweetness (half the sweetness of sugar) and it helps with constipation due to the fibre content! Start with a little and see! It’s key ingredient is insulin from the chicory root.
Alternatively, monk fruit is another natural sweetener but it is potent (10x sweeter than sugar) and has an aftertaste (although not as bad as the supermarket stevia / xylitol / erythritol) etc.
I don't use pre-workout but I use just regular coffee and nitrates, and I highly recommend Beetroot capsules. You'll get much more benefit from blood oxygenation than you will from a temp 'buzz' and the pumps are amazing.

and a crisp packet re-sealer.

srsly. theyre puffy. they're pork scratchy. they fill the "i want something crispy and salty" need. plus they come in comedically sized packs.
i might once or twice have gotten a bit of gristle, or a slightly under puffed one.. but one pack of those is about the same as your entire 12 pack of curators.. so yammv.
(plus they also do a STUPIDly hot version. which is really nice..
With enough practice it does get better. But since we make all our own bread we wanted a better solution and now use one similar to this which was in the back of my Mum's kitchen cupboard. Dates from the 70s. I'm kind of amazed by how pricey new ones are!! But it does work really well.
Also found this one which might be worth a punt.
Electrolytes is really all you need, particularly if you eat organ meats as well as just flesh for your protein.
Strongly recommend you look at plain electrolyte salt packs rather than the flavoured fizzy stuff. It's significantly cheaper, and you have to dig through the flavoured ones to find the ones that have keto safe flavourings.
Something like this
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ov-Vitality-Electrolytes-Protein-Synthesis/dp/B0851JKQH9/ref=sr_1_10
or
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Robyn-Nutrition-Electrolyte-Potassium-Magnesium/dp/B098QRBFRJ/ref=sr_1_52
Failing that Amazon sells a edamame and mungbean tagliatelle e which is a tad more pricy but it saved me when I was shielding and could t go out
You can pickup these tortilla wraps on amazon, the current link is to the large ones which are 7g carbs per tortilla but they have smaller ones which are 4g

Buy this, give it a peruse, and you'll be well on track to make decent tasty keto meals.
You pay a premium for the flavoured stuff, and you have to check the packaging carefully to ensure it's not full of sugar
I buy this for £5
https://www.amazon.co.uk/BULK-POWDERS-Electrolyte-Powder-Pouch/dp/B00SP31TCW/ref=sr_1_2
If you want it flavoured put a bit of cordial that you have checked is keto ok in with it (a bottle of cordial is like £2)
I genuinely can't see the logic in paying £25-40 for a 500g container that will mix up to less actual electrolyte drink just to avoid tipping a splash of flavour in the glass.
I started taking these caps around 20 mins before hitting the gym after I got hit with a couple of migraines due to electrolyte imbalances. Haven't had a single issue since.
Muscle cramps ARE a symptom of lack of electrolytes but there could be other causes so it's not definite. If nothing else has changed in your routine than your diet, then yes definitely get some electrolytes into you.
For
> electrolytes I can take that aren't loaded with ingredients that will kick me out of ketosis
Just get a bag of the appropriate salts and put it in some water. Guaranteed to not kick you out of ketosis. I get mine from Amazon
(etc, there's more on amazon if you ignore the ripoff ones)
You can get them from chemists or Holland & Barrett, but you really don't need to pay the rip off prices they charge for adding some artificial flavours and pretty packaging. Pour a bit of cordial/dilute in for flavouring if the salty taste doesn't appeal (obviously use a keto OK flavouring)
Electrolytes are just sodium magnesium and potassium salts, you don't need to pay £30 for £2 worth of salts bundled with £2 worth of artificial flavourings and sweeteners in a 50p container (yes I looked up the H&B website and was infuriated, for the love of god don't encourage them).
For the gym I use this elecrolytes: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01ARQCN56/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have a magnessium pill every night (it helps you sleep too).
I also salt more my food, drink bone broth, and if I feel like I need more I have LOSALT, it has potassium and sodium, I put half a teaspoon in my water bottle and sip through the day.

Yep. The problem with urine ketone test strips is that they measure excreted ketones, not serum ketones, ketone processing efficiency or ketone production rate. At most the strip will show how many ketones youre wasting, but it says with little accuracy anything related to how much youre producing or processing. From my experience, you might get some data from tracking your urine ketone output to watch it decrease over time as your body becomes more efficient at using those available ketones.
A better measure is ketones in your breath, which is directly related to serum ketone levels. Luckily, some ketones (iirc bhb and acetone) are detectable with a cheap alcohol breath tester. I use this one in particular, but any BAC tester that uses basic resistance to measure will work.
Of course the best way to measure ketones is through blood tests, which you can get for home use, but can be expensive and painful.
It's the only one I like the flavour of. I only use a teaspoon in my coffe so while it's pricy it lasts ages.
This is the one I use.
Could I ask what's the difference between this

A big part of keeping my old rice and pasta recipes is using shirataki variants:
Yu&Mi Dried Konyaku Shirataki Noodles 100g (prepared weight 240g) (Pack of 8) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07HQVJSXT/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_VMTJF1FYQDYZ3BJKX606?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

I'd recommend these dry options over the ones you buy in "wet" form.
For when I'm craving a sugar hit (e.g chocolate mousse) I bought some Erythritol, which when made into a syrup works really well in most recipes as low carb alternative.
hey, i went for the sugar free hazelnut syrup which they do in my Starbucks, it might be different elsewhere? I saw these macros online here https://www.fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/starbucks/sugar-free-hazelnut-syrup but it might not be correct. really sorry if i misled anyone though and i assumed it was low carb too like this states
The do a light caesar and a normal one both are around £1.69 for a 250ml bottle. You can kind of see how crazy the fat macro is for the normal one here.
Thanks for breaking down the calculation. Firstly, can I ask what app/website you used to figure out that rough calculation? That looks super useful to have going forward.
Looking at those numbers, it definitely feels like way too much for an everyday dessert. Next week, I'll bring the amount down and skip the protein powder. As delicious as it is (blueberry cheesecake flavour), it isn't doing me any favours in my attempt to lose weight each week.
Thanks for the kvarg recommendation. Luckily, Amazon sells it HERE. It sounds delicious and there's multiple flavours to choose from. It's also prepackaged so I can't go wild with the total amount. A pot after my evening meal sounds like a good plan.
I've not actually had the opportunity to look at the actual book, but Keto Life is by a guy who has a great keto youtube channel called Headbangers Kitchen. The recipes on the channel are fantastic, I'd be surprised if the ones in the book aren't too.
I use this product Pulsin Natural Unflavoured Whey Concentrate Protein Powder 250g (Gluten Free / Palm Oil Free) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01BTZH0UW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_P6KHCD9KCH39NFRZ91G4?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
(I'll try this again, deleted the last comment as somehow it got messed up when posting.)
So, I got these https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01BKN49DO/ back on Aug 4th, prior to me even thinking about going on Keto.
Anyway, I decided yesterday to actually see if they were keto safe as I have so many here, so did a quick search through the Q and comments using keto keyword, try it. I was surprised by how many people are buying and using this similar reasons you are wanting to. (May not include all of the supplements you are after of course, but might be something to add to your Keto arsenal.)
Why they're sitting on £30+ at the moment, I've no idea, but my pack cost me £15odd 4th of Aug. Some reviews suggest they can be bought far cheaper in B&M, so you may want to try those avenues first. (Which may be best as you may not like the flavour. ) I went with Tropical as that seemed to have the best rating flavour wise compared to the others. At the full mix rate suggested, I find it a little too weak, even though acceptable, so I just use about 100-150ml less water with my mix. Not sure if overuse is good or bad, but I plan to use only 1 tab per day at least when doing any gym or beat saber etc.
These Thai curry pastes are very nice.
These in this link HERE should solve your issue.
Not that you asked but these - https://www.amazon.co.uk/1kg-Black-Country-Pork-Scratchings/dp/B07YNMCLX3
are so much better than anything in normal stores and work out cheaper. You just have to have the self control not to go through the whole kilo in one go :)
If you PM me your address, I'll head to my supermarket and get you some of that brand today and get it shipped to you. I figure six bottles will last you a year or so. Oddly enough, I will spend more on shipping than for the actual bottles of liquid smoke.
I own this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Global-Gourmet-GG09-Adjustable-Temperature/
Works great, gives a nice big round chaffle.
I’ve been using Xylitol for low carb baking this last month. £10.99 for 1kg at Holland and Barrett.
Then I made a Keto carrot cake recipe yesterday that required Erythritol instead, so I ordered 300g off Amazon for £4.99.
100% Natural Erythritol 300g by NKD Living (Granulated) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07SHTLVJT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_DM31NXC13TQE0CDDQRYP?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
For me it was trial and error over a period of a couple of months. I have these pretty strong pills that have potassium, magnesium and calcium in them and it says to take 2 a day. I found I had intermittent diarrhea if I did. When I cut down to 1 a day I was totally normal and have been ever since.
These are the ones https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B000WSGBLW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_KV0SMGR31R31H6EJJAQA

I have a recipe book for slow-cooker and one-pot meals, if that appeals to you. Here it is on Amazon.
Slow cooking opens up the world of cheap, nutritious tough meats that have less inflammatory amino acid profiles once they’re cooked down too.
It's not strictly a keto cookbook (some of the recipes are 30+ carbs a serving) but I've had loads of success cooking things from this:
Link to broth https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00K69ZK46/ref=ppx_yo_mob_b_track_package_o0_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Link to bone broth used https://www.amazon.co.uk/Australian-Beef-Bone-Broth-Concentrate/dp/B07SLWGXJD/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=bone+broth&qid=1614380915&sr=8-4
Base consists of the two things linked above but I added dried pennybun mushrooms, ginger, garlic cloves and dashi.
Toppings included pakchoi, coriander, shiritaki mushrooms, spring onions, nori, marinated pork belly, chilli flakes and bean sprouts
Isopure zero carb is the best! In contrast to u/tinkerbellarella I love the Atkins products and buy them in bulk on Amazon as they are expensive from Boots or Sainsbury’s!
Just need to make sure you get ones with low net carbs as some are a little higher.
My favourite is the raspberry bar; 1.5 net carbs.
There are sugar free gummy bears on Amazon but they have Maltitol in them so you just have to limit the number you eat otherwise you'll be spending hours attached to the toilet!
I've had these and they aren't half bad for a sweet treat
I’ve had a BB8 waffle maker for a while, which makes small waffles. Time to dust him off and give him a try with these! £14.99 on Amazon and has a UK plug socket on it: BB8 waffle maker
I mentioned this ages back. Kept going round in circles people telling me I was wrong. Gave up in the end. Real shame they were great. I really like the Fatt bars but they are tiny. Adonis bars are great all natural! Got the other half some nick bars she loved them. Has anyone tried these https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07NPVK7NK/?coliid=I33HYNIPZFACS6&colid=H85DTUKRFXWV&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it he guarantees no sugar spikes I believe
Ok, so for 30g I would recommend Atkins bars. You can buy them on Amazon in bulk, or I’ve bought singles on ocado before. I tried 90% chocolate and if I’m being honest, it wasn’t worth the carbs for me (not sweet enough to be a treat). My favourite Atkins bar is milk chocolate crispy. It’s got kind of rice crispies in it and is actually really good. I think they are less than 2g carbs so you could probably have two in a sitting. I’ve tried other keto friendly chocolate (from shake that weight), and it was gross, so powdery. these are the bars... expensive, I know. Hopefully the price is enough to put you off eating too many at once! (Will be keeping an eye on this thread for other tips)
Sprouts carries monkfruit. I think Whole Foods does too but Sprouts is cheaper. You can also get it on Amazon
Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener, 1:1 Sugar Substitute, Keto, Non-GMO (Golden - 1 Pound) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077SW5YB3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_gBB7EbDXX046P
I will say the amazon bone broth concentrate does last a long time... so yes its expensive, but the serving size is a teaspoon and it goes a long way. I've had mine in my fridge since March and its still good.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07SLWGXJD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This is what I currently have and am really happy with taste/value ect.
Thanks! Well this one is an old school one handed down from my grandma that I keep solely for that reason. I have a 6 egg pan for poaching from amazon but it doesn’t have the same character ( link Clearview Stainless Steel 6 Cup... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0001IWYLY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share )
Stevia for me doesn't have the taste or texture of sugar. Pick up some erythritol on amazon (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07SHTLVJT)
It seems quite pricey but it should last a while unless you're one of these 6 cups of tea per day people.
Use it normal sugar, same quantities, tastes good in hot and cold food 👍
Also, don't be afraid to mix in a bit of regular or brown sugar if you haven't hit your daily carb limit. It can make a big difference to a sugary treat without kicking you out of ketosis.
I bite the bullet and but my almond flour online from Amazon. This is what I buy: Blanched Almond Flour, 1 Pound - Super Fine Grind Powder, Raw Skinless Almonds Meal, Bulk https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01CO94PAU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_eWzhEb96G27AD
I sometimes treat myself and buy bobs red mill superfine almond flour which I import from the US along with keto sweeteners and other keto stuff from Lucky Vitamin. https://www.luckyvitamin.com/
I despise the taste of coconut in anything other than a Thai Curry 🥘 😂
martina slajerova has a load of Keto books and I follow her insta + facebook pages and she posts loads of pictures. From amazon it deff has images. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Beginners-KetoDiet-Cookbook-Delicious-Weight-Loss/dp/1592338151
Edit - She lives in the UK so all uk recipes
These are the crackers I use- on sale right now too.
Atkins Low Carb, High Fibre Crispbread, Multipack 100 g (Pack of 6) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01CE594BY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_YLs3DbASGSX0F.
Also, Bacardi and diet coke
1tsp Himalayan salt, 1tsp lo-salt (potassium), 2L water, squirt of squash’d, then a magnesium tablet (these from amazon are good) is my go to.
I fill a 2L bottle of water with the salts in it at night, then drink it over the next day. Ridiculously cheap and convenient for me. Means I always drink between 2-3 L per day.
Honestly, I double up on electrolyte powder doses, especially on gym days, or I get bad cramps in my calves and biceps. Try doubling up and take some epsom salt baths, because most magnesium is just crappy at being absorbed, that always works for me. Failing that, try eating some sun dried tomatoes, chicken, salmon all of which have some decent potassium in them. as an extra option I used to take these, but don't take them on an empty stomach, you will regret it trust me! https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lindens-Potassium-Contributing-Pressure-Function/dp/B00IAPC14U/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=potassium&qid=1567581319&s=gateway&sr=8-5
Oh darn. I didn’t realise it requires 350w! I have a step down transformer to 120v but not for that wattage and don’t really want to risk it.
There are suggestions in herebb8 or argos waffle maker you might want to consider.
Now I don’t know what to do with that dash maker ordered
I use the one below - had a quick scan and think it has less carbs than diet whey.
PhD Nutrition Pharma Whey HT+ Whey Protein powder, 2.2 kg, Chocolate Cookie https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B004M9XJI0/ref=cm_sw_r_wa_apa_i_hUvsDbAC5NVX6
https://www.amazon.co.uk/GoNutrition-Five-Essential-Electrolyte-Tablets/dp/B01GPSO7CW/ Easy to digest, as it's essentially a pill.
I took these when I was first becoming adapted. These worked a total treat for me. No fuss and only took it when i'd feel a headache coming on.
We’ve ordered these before. They’re okay if you absolutely have to eat noodles. They’re available in some shops done times, but easiest to find on Amazon
I take this daily, especially if I've gone for a long run. Used to get very dizzy when standing up to the point I was going to stop keto. A few mini scoops of this solved it immediately https://www.amazon.co.uk/BULK-POWDERS-Electrolyte-Powder-Pouch/dp/B00SP31TFE/ref=sr_1_7_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1546962298&sr=8-7&keywords=hydration+salts
I have a smoothie everyday for breakfast - I love them! (spinach, berries, chia+hemp+sunflower seeds, almond milk, protein powder, avocado and coconut oil) Our recipies are quite different though so I cant say whether or not it would be your smoothie.
One thing I did find really helpful was taking magnesium tablets - I feel like they've really helped my sleep. I get mine from Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01D58042W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_HUwbBbWZJT5TP
I'd echo what others are saying and just try to supplement electrolytes and also check you're getting enough calories - there are a few good calculators on there. I find I naturally eat to quite a high deficit on this diet so I try to schedule in high calorie days once a week.
Sucralose is my favourite for coffee. I use the liquid dropper sold on Amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sucralose-Liquid-Sweetener-33-suitable/dp/B005MISDCM
Also works to turn cream cheese into a delicious dessert.
It's extremely strong. A drop or two at a time should be all you need.
I got these the other day (in Tropical): https://www.amazon.co.uk/High-Zero-Hydration-Tablets-Berry/dp/B003Y3LWXY/ref=sr_1_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1523287978&sr=8-2&keywords=high+5+zero
Works out about £3.75 per tube.
Hate to be a debby downer but as someone who previously owned that spiralizer... its awful. grab this, same price and a ton better.
I'm really pleased with my Contigo travel mug. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Contigo-Autoseal-Stainless-Steel-Travel/dp/B003BI7VBO?th=1 Buy stainless steel - so the coating wont come off if you put it in the dishwasher. The top with locking meachnism clicks out so it washes well on top rack of dishwasher. It locks well enough to be leak proof and keeps coffee and other drinks cold or hot, depending on the season. Mine is usually coffee with double cream this time of year. Highly recommended. Expensive but really works well. Shop around for best deal so you don't pay full price.
Loved these things, but at a quid a packet they can rack up. This has inspired me to order these as they work out a lot cheaper:
Hopefully they taste almost as good, and at 6.4g of carbs per 100, they will work out even better for macros.
If you don't like dark and polyos sweeteners don't kick you out, try Atkin bars. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Atkins-Endulge-Crispy-Chocolate-Sugar/dp/B002OETGUK/ref=sr_1_4_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1509116776&sr=8-4&keywords=atkins+bars

Just like a chocolate bar with real caramel....
These bars are really great a bit expensive but nice to have as a treat every once in a while.
Also http://www.ruled.me/keto-recipes/dessert/ is a great site if you're not already using it.
USN Protein has around 4.7g carbs per 2 scoop serving, the chocolate cream is really thick so I have it with water. You could stick in a couple spoons of PB2 low carb peanut butter for added flavour.

57p. Sorry, some reason I had it in my head there were 8 in a pack.
More versatile than the rolls.
They come in 2 sizes. The larger tortillas in a 6 pk, the smaller in an 8 pk. The smaller ones work out to 37p each, the larger ones are slightly cheaper per 100g.
They also make a good pizza base for a pan pizza - start it in a frying pan on the hob, finish under the grill.
If you're willing to put some planning in, you could just do it at home. You don't need any special equipment other than some coarsely ground coffee beans, and a water jug. It is nice if you have a coffee filter though to pass it through at the end, or you just let it all sediment at the bottom and just don't drink the goop.
About 150g of coffee with a litre of water, bang it in the fridge for a day. Good to dilute it a little bit when you're done otherwise I find myself bouncing off the walls.
I use one of these personally but not really required: http://www.amazon.com/Hario-Water-Coffee-600ml-Brown/dp/B00IJ3O0Y2/ref=dp_ob_title_ce
But if you look around at some specialty grocery stores too, some will actually stock cold brew coffee in their fridges too, there are a few companies that pump it out to market now.
This is the specific one that I bought, sounds pricey for a brown paper bag but it has seen me right for at least 6 months so far now
