Ive been researching this a fair bit myself with some real random issues Ive been having and I've run across this stuff called D-Mannose, its mostly recommended for women but i've found reference to men using it as well. Its a type of sugar that bacteria bind to and then get flushed out, seems like a lot of men with random prostate/bladder/urethra issues have had some really good luck with it, you may want to give it a go. I would suggest some googling but seems like it wont hurt, can only help.
I've been using a crystal rock deodorant for many years because the traditional type was causing a lot of redness and burning in my armpits. It also stained my shirts with whatever goo it's made of. The rock crystal type also lasts a long time and saves money.

Wear a condom while you sleep that's all I have to say. Other than that sexy dreams im pretty sure every one has as long as your over the age of 14. Also try Fapping before bed or sex before bed that should reduce the chance of wet dreams. As for the age limit this is the best I could do for you
I dont know much about epididymis, but it could be that. I also had pain on my left testicle that turned out to be varicocele. It's when the vein of the testicle becomes swollen. A harsh movement, masturbating or if I slightly hit it, would cause an uncomfortable pain for a few hours. This required surgery to treat since it could lead to infertility later on in life. Could it also be that you might be masturbating to hard? Sometimes when doing that can accidentally hit the top of testicles, causing pain.

Hey there,
I made a post about a similar situation a few days ago and I ended up going to the ER late Tuesday night after the pain increased and wouldn't go away.
I was diagnosed with a bacterial infection called Epididymitis. Apparently, one of the causes is via STI but my girlfriend and I have been monogamous (and safe) for over a year so it could have been caused by trauma from some intense hiking her and I did a few days prior...I'm still waiting on lab results.
Anyways, if you have a physician, go to them ASAP. If the pain increases and doesn't go away after like 30 minutes, go to a clinic (or ER if late at night).
I would start with resistance tubes.

They're easy to maneuver, easy to move in a bundle from room to room, and just as effective as iron. I'd get a 20 lb., A 40 lb, a 60, an 80, and a 100 as a starter kit, so you can move up as needed.
Tend Skin! This stuff has surprised me. I haven’t had any issues since I started using it. Every time I would shave prior to this I would get an ingrown hair. I actually stopped shaving for years and would just trim, then covid happened and I needed to be clean shaven for work so the mask would fit properly. I started looking for a solution and came across this. It doesn’t take much and I don’t use it daily like it says too.
I am sorry you haven't had a hug in so long either. I'll give you the link to the heated body pillow. It was the only one I could find online that seemed both high quality and in stock. I'm someone who washes things before using them for the first time; I'm currently in the process of washing and drying it (hopefully it won't break) so I can't give a review yet. It does not come with a pillow case.

Edit: also hydration! Big lifestyle change was switching a lot of soda for water.
For me it's avoiding fragrance and irritants. Personally had success with Nizoral once a week and a balm daily, I don't like oils.

You can use this cream. It is made with a few chinese herbs which work wonders on a babies bottom (and likely yours too). They are US owned and made product. http://www.amazon.com/Emily-Diaper-Skin-Soother-Plus/dp/B004MPW9Y4
Ive use the product myself and on my daughter. It works. I know the owners of the company as well.
You want to make sure 1) You protect the skin (which the oil does) 2) Treat the irritated skin (which the herbs do).
You can read more about their company and products here: http://www.emilyskinsoothers.com/
All natural, no smell, no mess and made with a sunflower oil (solid) base. (The cream looks like chapstick for your lips). Just peel off the label, and none of your buddies will give you a hard time :)
