I just had one and it's pretty convenient to work around on a rolling stand. Any 4x2x2 box could work. I see a screen cage on Amazon for $112, that could be paneled with the 10"x12" mylar mirror panels I'm using now, it's lighter and probably strong enough to hold the lights. Might have to put a wood panel on the back for support...
Yeah, you want something that can read up to a 14. I'll link some specific pH strips that work well and I recommend.
I'd also like to point out that the Sunny Side brand MEK is loaded with water and might need to be thoroughly dried if you're going to use it for recrystallization or washing.

13 hours on 11 off , It's hung about 7" above the tallest segments. And the plants are in square pots right under the light, so a little over one sq foot.
They're on a heating pad that keeps the soil about 76 degrees F.
A small fan gives them breeze.
Amazon has 99% iso, I use it to clean my granite counter tops https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J62C1K5?ref=nb\_sb\_ss\_w\_as-ypp-rep\_ypp\_rep\_k1\_1\_4&amp&crid=ZQV8KWQPGKCH&amp&sprefix=isop
I just ordered this because I had a random Amazon gift card. I figure it's a good start, add like 5% organic material. I'll have more money this weekend to get more and better

Just go with a balanced 20-20-20 just shy of recommended dilution when its growing strong in the spring/summer. I always recommend Jack's cause they are a PA small business who are outcompeting the big guys in terms of quality and ethics.
