Sphagnum moss is my personal favorite, especially for philos! Great for propagating by keeping the roots moist and happy, establishing a root system that's a little heartier and soil-ready. I also highly suggest clear orchid cups / pots for even more aeration and also so you can see when the roots tell you they're ready for soil.
I can’t find the exact ones I bought but these are very similar! If neem doesn’t work out for you, try this organic garden spray. I’ve used this to kill off thrips, scale bugs, and aphids. Works like a charm—usually after one dose. Monterey Garden Insect Spray with Spinosad Concentrate 16oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000BWY3OQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_LqJNqjquUkBKF
Hi! I keep it near a North window with it's own grow light-

I add some liquid kelp to my plant water, and I only water it when it's dry (I use a moisture meter).
I do believe it's my fastest-growing plant!

I mainly used the spraying nozzles, so it kinda emulates rain. For my larger potted plants (Birds of Paradise, FLF, large ficuses) I use the drip nozzles and stick them directly to their soil. During the spring-summer I fertilize every 1-2 weeks with foliage pro 9-3-6 (i think I dilute it 1 tsp per gallon)
Beautiful plant! My only comment is that the twisty tie (?) you have around the stem might cut into the plant as it gets bigger. I would look into plant ribbon that stretches as the plant grows. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RT6FWPK?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&ref_=cm_sw_r_ud_dp_NBTPPPGA7AD85PWDFBSQ

This is the lamp that I use for my setup. It's adjustable to you can choose how bright you want to the area to be. I hang them slightly above my head (I'm 5'7) and keep the knob between 15% and 20% power for about 9 to 10 hours a day.
Now Im sure there are much better ones out there but keep this in mind, when you look at a grow light, if they dont talk about ppfd level, it's probably not a lamp you'll want to use since there are other lamps out there more geared to growing. I hope this helps a little.
I had this light and it was very poor. I changed it out for this one with better results. I'd definitely agree with others and try changing the light. This is what I replaced mine with:

I’m sure you could. I make enough of a mess with my plants as it is. I buy these things off Amazon

i use the Barrina T5’s for the majority and i also have a couple cheaper stands from amazon that work great for my bigger plants. stands and i mostly use fox farm fertilizers, i really like grow big and big bloom! i also use MSU’s orchid fertilizer sometimes but not nearly as often as the other two. i used to use liqui dirt but i feel like everything got much healthier when i switched to grow big and it’s pretty similar but seems to work better maybe bc grow big has a lot of fish emulsions (but it doesn’t smell at all).
I've been using this one since it covers all the bases. So far it's worked for my calatheas and a couple philos. Fungal problems often show up after a plant comes home from the nursery because they're no longer being treated regularly, and the lower light in our homes weakens their defense mechanisms. I hope your little buddy gets better!
You've posted the smallest version, the one in the picture is the next step up, so this one but damn that's pricey in the states. Lechuza is beeing made in Germany and here the planter just costs 1/4 of that price.
Here is the light stand I have!

So for the fertilizer I use worm tea. It's 1tbs to 32oz of water. I use the worm tea every time I water. It's amazing!
I use purived as a general fertilizer every 2nd watering
and for my variegated houseplants i actually use african violet fertilizer cuz of the boost in phosphorus. i use half the recommended amount every time.
Speaking only on grow lights, I highly recommend Relassy brand. From what I understand, pink princesses need bright light to keep the variegation. If they don't have enough, they will start producing green leaves to absorb more light. Just don't give it direct sunlight. Yours looks good though.
This light hangs from the ceiling. I have it about 3 feet above my plants because it is pretty strong. The only downside is that it throws a yellowish light instead of bright white. Thanks for the thorough response. I appreciate the tips. I’ll definitely give them a try to help my plants cheer up after the gloomy days we’ve been having here. Are these similar time the ones you’re using?
I too vote sphagnum moss. Great for propagating by keeping the roots moist and happy with the added benefit of establishing a root system that's a little heartier and soil-ready from air circulation. As another commenter mentioned, cut off rot if there is any with sterile shears or scissors, let the cutting dry for a couple hours, then pop that baby in some pre-soaked and squeezed-out sphag. I also highly suggest those clear orchid cups / pots for even more aeration and also so you can see when the roots tell you they're ready for soil. Maybe use a 4" pot for this cutting. Spray the moss occasionally to keep it fairly moist (but not soggy) with either distilled water in the jug or lukewarm tap water that has sat out for a while to let the chlorine evaporate. High humidity and warmth are going to be your best friends with a PPP, especially during such a tender time as rooting. Good luck!
I've been using this one for about a week and can say that it definitely hasn't hurt my philodendron! The leaves seem a bit perkier, in fact. I bought it based on amazon ratings and price, but since I haven't been using it long term, I can't tell you definitively how good it is: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07X9FW8ML/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
