I don't want to suggest anything actually illegal, but you can always go to an international hotel, pull up at the bar, and ask the business men what they do? Also the hotels often have easy to access wifi (because executives are restarted), so you have adequate bandwidth to set up multiple options before going home and trying them.
You might need to seduce a westerner to make this work.
I have a VPN, Private Internet Access, but the commies know what's up. It has stopped working after a few weeks. The great firewall maybe used to be about the lowest common denominator, but it's gotten better. I was trying to download a VPN apk for a friend of mine, but every time I would google "private internet access apk" the VPN's connection would cut down to 1kb a second or so. They definitely can read what you are sending through your VPN (At least mine).
Little late but I loaded up a save I had around that time and ran over to the Civic Festhall. Joined the Sensates too so you can access both the public and private Sensoriums.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines isn't "buggy as shit" anymore. You can get it on GoG.com fully patched with an official and community patch that still (!) gets updated every now and then. Both patches (official and community) are included in one neat unified installer that's both hassle free and DRM free.
Basically, yes
I've managed to create an Automate script that involves keys from 1 to 9 that auto-click talking options that are located on the left of the touchscreen. Adjusted that 1 taps first, 2 second etc. Tested up to 6. It works, it's clunky but it works.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.llamalab.automate For the clicks the app requires to watch your screen as an accessibility permission, so I turn the script on only when I'm playing (so to avoid not wanted screen reads)
