Well I hope you did not sign before you made the maths financially.
The monthly cost is an extortionate amount.

Thames Valley Park along the Thames to Sonning, stop at The Bull for a drink, then walk back. It's not really secluded though. When I get onto a computer I'll link you to walks I've tracked on Endomondo and Sports Tracker (most of them will need a car to get to though) which are generally a bit more interesting and are typically between 4 and 6 miles long.
Edit: Endomondo and Sports Tracker
Try The Polski Sklep in Junction or there’s a few big e european shops on the Oxford Rd. Polish pure spirit is about 80% abv iirc, good for tincture, or you can get 70% grain neutral on Amazon Grain Neutral Spirit (70cl, 69.9%) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08M3GX3YS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_VV143Q0TMPYJRJKZ98AJ
I have been using this same keyboard for years. It's ultra-comfortable to type at. Yet, it's a bit bulky, and once you get used to it, you can't type in other keyboards anymore (the layout and shape are just too different.

For I was traveling a lot of this past year, a 2009 Third generation Apple wireless keyboard. (A1314). I am very comfortable typing with it, but it started to act funny...
Choi Hung on ubereats is really accommodating and have a decent vegetarian section - I asked them for something off menu - fried tofu in ginger and spring onion sauce, and they were really happy to do it. I bet if your lady brought in some quorn pieces, they would batter and fry them for you, along with the rest of your meal. As a youngun I worked in a fish and chip shop and we would happily batter and deep-fry meat substitutes for veggies (along with frozen pizzas, and mars bars) It's definitely worth asking!

Tried Google Books? You can also get e-books online from 'various means' and then use Calibre to convert them and upload them to Kindle. Have you also thought about talking to the library about lowering the fee.
I'm not female so I'm no use to you but I have lived here a while. Have you tried having a look through the various groups on Meetup? 1-2 years ago there was an alright weekly dog walking group on there that had some cool people. If that's not your thing it's a big area, there's lots of other groups. Alternatively joining a club of some sort of a good way to meet people.
Good luck with your search
You may like this. It's a bit like a coming of age story, but for a town in South England called Reading, which is actually what this sub is about.
Thank you for telling that. It is helpful to me.
