That depends on what you use the other apps for. I don't think there is anything those apps do, that you need to do, that SD Maid can't do. SD Maid doesn't have pie charts for size display though (and likely never will)... :)

I find it difficult to keep the app simple for everyone, but also offer sophisticated functions for advanced users, it will always be something to improve upon. I wanted to make an introduction video for years, never seem to get around to it :(.

It's not 1tap specific, e.g. if you install the Microsoft 2FA app and enable their accessibility service, it fixes the issue too: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azure.authenticator
The accessibility service of the "workaround app" has to stay enabled as far as I could test. Both uninstall or just disabling the other service breaks it again.
Not every other accessibility service creates this workaround.
No idea what exactly happens to fix this, if it's just a specific flag, then I could just add that to SD Maid, but if it's somehow an interaction within the system, maybe I could create a workaround package with minimal impact that others could install?
Overall, still a very annoying bug... and no word from Google on when it will be fixed...
The databases didn't fail, SD Maids operation on the database failed.
The databases you mentioned use custom collating sequences which the sqlite binary SD Maid uses can't deal with. My current understanding is that fixing this would require a custom binary build with added definitions for each collating sequence that is unknown. This doesn't really seem feasible.
You can safely ignore this . I'll likely change the feedback to say something less severe.
I believe you have installed the pro version "unlocker" app. There are 2 apps, you see. One is the main app (SD Maid) and the other is the pro unlocker app (SD Maid Pro). The purpose of the pro unlocker app is to just unlock the pro version's features inside of the main app.
SD Maid App -->

SD Maid Pro App -->

I am guessing you have installed just the unlocker app. If yes, please install the main app too.
Do you have the option to explore Verwendeter Platz/further used space if you tap on that section? On my device, that takes me to the root of default internal storage. If TouchWiz allows you to do the same, you could navigate through the files and directories to identify what is taking up space.
If not, you can use your preferred file explorer to do so. If you don't have one, I like Amaze; a lot of people prefer MiXplorer but it has to be side-loaded. Hope that helps.
