Sorry OP. I don't know of any pdfs of it. I picked a copy up second hand. I opted not to get the Kindle addition.
Answers in the Heart isn't a SLAA text for anyone who is reading this. It's a good affirmations book for those suffering Sex Addiction.
For anyone who can and wants to purchase it - it's available on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Answers-Heart-Meditations-Recovering-Meditation/dp/0894865684?ref_=d6k_applink_bb_dls&dplnkId=9992edea-86a2-4689-a996-a481f7e2824e
Welcome back! It sounds like you are in a vulnerable space so definitely be extra gentle with yourself.
Some ideas from my own experience:
I found it, and continue to find it, helpful to get a routine around recovery. When I first came in I decided to do the whole 30 meetings in 30 days and that really helped to get my mind into recovery mode and to find support when I felt myself slipping.
There are so many great online resources, so try out as many different meetings as you can until you find the one that fits you. Ideally, try to do camera on meetings so you feel a greater sense of connection. The WhatsApp groups can also be nice for finding outreach, support, and sponsors (though the best way to find a sponsor is to find a meeting you like, become a familiar face (like a week), and then ask around there).
The HOW program is something to consider if you are looking for a bootcamp type recovery program - though I've never done it myself. I have discovered the SLAA Awakening program (LINK) and have gotten a lot out of it. It offers a very structured way of recovery that begins with setting your bottom, middle, and top lines and moving on to developing a daily practice of steps 1-3. This program is connected to the We Recover Together SLAA online group which you can find if you look it up on the slaafws.org online meeting list.
However you go about getting back into recovery, I wish you the serenity and courage to keep taking the next right step, one day at a time. You are no longer alone!
This is so normal theres a whole SLAA Journal on the subject (its free) and its discussed in our Text Book in Chapter 7 from memory. Just a stepping stone to recovery
We know we are getting well when we start treating other members like our brothers and sisters in recovery, not objectifying them to feed our need to get a hit xx
Anyone who needs a Basic Text URGENTLY, its quick and cheap to purchase and download from Amazon or Apple: https://www.amazon.com.au/Sex-Love-Addicts-Augustine-Fellowship-ebook/dp/B00KF2SIWA

Just until your copy of the book arrives in the post :)
I understand. Here is the big book. It's good, it saves lives. And its required reading in my Fellowship, haha. Not really, but still, we read it at meetings.
I'd also HIGHLY recommend Sex Addiction 101 by Dr. Robert Weiss. This was one of those books that changed my life, no joke. I don't mean to be hokey, but I broke down and cried reading this once. That's a big step for me. It's also a very modern and up to date look at the disease.
Hi misskriish. I've just seen your post. I hope you are doing better. I just recently found out about love addiction, which I also am (I've used relationships my whole life to escape from reality). I found this website today and I appreciated reading the different types of love addicts: http://www.loveaddicts.org/kindsofloveaddicts.html
Also, I highly recommend you read this book: https://www.amazon.com/Facing-Love-Addiction-Giving-Yourself/dp/0062506048/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1506147116&sr=8-1&keywords=facing+love+addiction+by+pia+mellody It has been amazingly helpful for me to start putting my life together. There is a section regarding how to "put your relationship on hold." I strongly suggest you look into this, it might be the best option for you and your relationship. I am in a relationship with another love addict and we have had to put our relationship on hold and focus on individual healings.
Good luck and take care. Better, calmer times are ahead.
