Cause that was before I hit my 10Gigs. Here is what its like as of now (throttled "unlimited") Check out my Speedtest result! How fast is your internet? https://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/5805669413
Our towers in Canada have like zero load, our unlimited plans are throttled to 512KiloBITS sooo Check out my Speedtest result! How fast is your internet? https://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/5565683677
No it is real. Here is an even faster one: https://www.speedtest.net/result/d/0b648349-1be3-4618-abf4-fb6b731de99b.png. That is from an AWS VM with a 25 gigabit connection. Also costs $6 per hour lol.

My ISP recently gave me a renewing customer deal where I get
1GB internet, full tv + sports and cinema, unlimited phone and an unlimited mobile sim for £100 a month.
Big upgrade over my old 200/20
Good morning from Turkey which the Most Powerfull and the most devoloped country in the world :P Look at my result. It's insane

Change channel, turn off 2.4G Cordless , move router away from heavy electrical equipment. put your router in open place etc.
Just tested and got ~600MB total data transfered using speedtest-cli and ~1.4GB total data trasfered using the web version. This is on a 1Gbit/100Mbit connection. So if your network speed allows for that amount of data to be transferred then it is normal. What result did you get from the speedtest? https://www.speedtest.net/result/9122474568.png
Same here in Belgium (20GB full speed then 512kbps), but found a workaround, I switched to 3G and I get on average 5Mbps even after 20GB. So maybe try that. https://www.speedtest.net/my-result/i/3734463832
Oh so it’s a fake unlimited plan. You get a set amount then a really slow but usable speed. That makes sense. My internet for cellular here is around 20 down and 5ish up. Home internet is 200 down and 10 up even on fiber. Which makes me mad because I was promised symmetrical internet not this crap. If anything says u fee 200 down for WiFi that’s because I have an eero mesh system so I’m probably on a mode and not on the master router.

Most ISPs implement QoS system to inflate speed tests results, especially with speedtest.net
To overcome that, fast.com does the test on a local sever and international server at the same time, which provides a more realistic speed.
Perfect. That tells us that your ISP CPE (modem/bridge) is in bridging mode.

This also tells us that it isn't likely you can connect multiple devices directly to the ISP CPE, there can only be a single device talking via the bridge at a single time. In this case, your router is that single device. (Or depending on how your ISP is setup, unplug your router and connect your computer. Your computer in this case would have a public IP address just like your router does)

If you go with the option of keeping your router connected (I would do both of scenarios listed is the last paragraph), make sure all devices are disconnected from your router, wired and wireless, then using your computer with a wired connection to your router, do your speed tests. Mix it up too. Use speedtest.net, fast.com, search Google for 'speed test' and use Google's tester, etc.

The hope here is that you see the speeds you expect. Both with your computer directly connected to the ISP CPE and with your computer connected to your router connected to the ISP CPE.
Round the corner from where I live on the main high street, is where the 100mbps + is, and sometimes out the front, at the back just did a speed test on Vodafone UK 4G:
Yeah, EE is meant to be, Vodafone have won awards for being London’s network for Voice and Data. They’re also a worldwide company, rather than just a UK company. I don’t mind EE, just prefer Vodafone.
Yeah, cable internet could be, I’m with Virgin Media, I get this speed:
That's quite good (isn't EE better in the UK?), especially the fact that there must be quite some congestion in London. I still use a Galaxy S7 and honestly not worth upgrading to a 4G only flagship right now. Hopefully with the new 3500 Mhz n78 5G band we'll get rid of congestion here. Although cable internet could be better here. https://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/5591372974
it's pulled from a php file hosted by speedtest.net
I pulled the data 14 hours ago but it doesn't live update in the map I created. If you want a live updating list then visit https://www.speedtest.net/speedtest-servers.php.
Use a fast VPN, buy a VPS @ for $3.99 canadian per month, and host a VPN or socks/http/https proxy. The VPS has 100Mbps connectivity and 10,000GB of bandwidth. It should be able to run close to 30 1080P streams at once, or 2-3 4K streams at once. You could also try a free vpn: or Hotspot Shield
you probably have a POS 15 dollar belkin router (believe me, if its the connect 150, its a piece of garbage) and it means your computer is connecting at wireless g speeds, if you had an AC router like this one, https://www.amazon.com/TP-Link-AC1900-Wireless-Gigabit-Router/dp/B00PDLRHFW/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1475453445&sr=1-2-spons&keywords=wireless+router&psc=1 or you hooked your computer up via ethernet, you should get your full speed to any single device TL:DR, you probably have a terrible router and it doesn't have enough bandwith to support your full internet speed.
