What you have bought is air dry clay. As soon as you leave it it will start to dry, no good for animating. Try this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/STAEDTLER-Rayher-34448102-Professional-Block/dp/B07NLVSKHD/ref=sr\_1\_4?crid=2TAORGLVJIL19&keywords=polymer+clay&qid=1659848216&s=kitchen&sprefix=polymer+clay%2Ckitchen%2C308&sr=1-4
Thanks for reply, I bought this clay I’m not sure if this is what you meant, it hasn’t arrived yet so I can cancel it and buy another one https://www.amazon.co.uk/MUNGYO-SCULPT-MODELLING-PEACH-COLOR/dp/B00D0T1HXM
Yeah, I use my phone as well, a good tripod and baseplate are the most important things to have. Here's a link to my lights if your interested: https://www.amazon.com/Neewer-Dimmable-Adjustable-Tabletop-Photography/dp/B07T8FBZC2/ref=mp_s_a_1_8?crid=SB54E5IVCH6B&keywords=lights+for+stop+motion&qid=1648414030&sprefix=lights+for+stopmotion+%2Caps%2C107&sr=8-8
This was actually done with a blue screen. The blue screen used was a piece of colored poster paper.
The cemetery is a royalty free image from pixabay.com that was sliced up in an image editor. Using HitFilm, the slices were placed on different layers spaced pretty far apart. A 3D camera was used to zoom in and zoom out on the skeleton.
A quick Google search and found this. But I'm sure you could find something like a black blanket etc etc.

You could also get a few large cardboard boxes, break them down and tape them to the wall to cover the windows.
This clay is pretty good I've been using it lately for sculpting mostly but it feels like it's good for Animation to only tried that a little and it's decently cheap plus there's alot of it and if it doesn't work out it's still good for other things like making props
