Hey team!
I am 21, and living in Colorado. Just started my weight loss journey this past New Years, which was partially due to a New Years resolution, and partially due to the fact that my scale went from starting with 2, to starting with 3.
Since then, I have had some ups and downs; in the first 3 months, I lost ~40 pounds, but after that I plateaued and eventually gained back 15 of those pounds. Now in the past few weeks I have really been able to get back on track, and I'm down 5 pounds, so 30 pounds down overall. My goal specifically for this challenge is to stay on track and lose 20 more pounds to put me at 250.
I use Fitbit and myfitnesspal, but I have absolutely no idea where to find my username on those, so here is my myfitnesspal page and here is my Fitbit page.
In a previous (and brief) attempt at weight loss, I used Lose It. I'm afraid I'm not currently using it, but I hope you find some friends who do.
Speaking of other apps: I don't really like how MFP handles strength training exercises. I've been using an app called FitNotes to track my lifts. I particularly like that FitNotes provides some analysis and graphs. Does anyone have other app suggestions?
