Never a bad idea to wear earplugs. The little foam ones are fine but they block a lot of sound. If you have time, I’m a big fan of these ones - they feel more like just turning the volume down rather than block/muffling sound.

If you’re of drinking age, don’t overdo it. Nothing worse than being a mess at a concert and it can ruin the experience for those around you. I try to keep it at one beer per act and possibly plus one, depending on how I’m feeling and if I’m driving afterward. Everyone’s tolerance is difference and it’s good to know yours. I personally prefer to smoke a little weed before a show. Some people may light up in the crowd.

It will be crowded and it’s fun to get up close to the stage. There likely won’t be any rough housing up front at a TMBG show. If that makes you anxious, just move back. With there being lots of people, dress accordingly. Considering it’s winter is most of the US, it may be warm in there and dealing with a big coat at a show is never fun.

TMBG was hiding in the background of my childhood all along, just waiting for me to become a fan.

I used to listen to this Disney compilation CD all the time as a kid...but mostly because I loved the Imagination Movers song that was on it. It was only recently that I realized that John and John were on the CD's cover! I remember always wondering who those "two guys" on the cover were, because I didn't recognize them as being in any Disney shows. 🤣

I made a 6-disc "Best Of" for my own amusement, where the first 3 discs cover the early years (through 2000 or so) and the next 3 cover everything after. Other than that, there are no rules with the track order other than trying to place songs that sound good together. As I compiled this set in Audacity, I was able to edit the gaps so that the next song would either began as the previous one was ending or start on the downbeat (as though it was a TMBG-oriented radio show).
