Take Citrus Bergamot. Raise mine about 21 points in 45 days and lowered my LDL ten point. Bergamot was found to reduce cholesterol (29.27%), triglycerides (46.12%), and LDL (51.72%) and an increase in HDL (27.61%) levels versus hypercholesterolemic controls according to study.

Worked great for me.

Took two a day 45 minutes before dinner.
Mine went from 89 to 50 now back to 71.
The standard T/E2 ratio is 10/1 ( https://www.omnicalculator.com/health/t-e2-ratio ). Which means with your sky high test levels of 1400, it's nearly impossible to keep your e2 below where it is now. Don't get fixated on a certain number like "50 or less"...it's the ratio that matters. As long as you're jacked up on T, your e2 will be jacked, too. They are directly correlated.
Once you get below 1000, the e2 will correct itself, too. If it doesn't, the mildest level of AI will keep it below 60, but even that isn't a level to worry about.

1 or 2 vials plus 2 or 3 insulin syringes and 2 or 3 alcohol prep pads in this pencil case in my carry on.
If you're on TRT, there's really no need to go over 0.5ml. I use these and they're perfect for subq. I inject 3x a week, 0.25mg only.
Definitely recommend this book.
This subreddit has a lot of good information and experience as well, but that book is a must-read in my opinion.
For supply, I ended up going UL and haven't looked back. Dealing with the medical system is the worst. I am not sure who the big labs are anymore, but here is a search that will definitely have some recommendations. That's how I eventually ended up doing what I'm doing.
I hope that helps.
Good luck on this journey - it's a game changer.
Easy to split tabs in half and 1/4 is doable but annoying. Thats a link to a pill cutter
to skip some steps, your best bet for lowest waste is an all in one syringe+needle instead of swapping the needles via leur lock or something. Something like: https://www.amazon.com/EasyTouch-Insulin-Syringe-Needle-2-Inch/dp/B084ZBY221/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2NJ1O5Q2ZYY5W&keywords=1cc+27g+1%2F2+inch&qid=1656025445&sprefix=1cc+27g+1%2F2+inch%2Caps%2C102&sr=8-1
Draw (air) into the syringe (not having injected syringe into vial yet) to the level that you plan on drawing the testosterone. Once you have drawn to that line, inject needle into the vial and push the air in (creating pressure). With the needle in the vial, flip upside down and slowly draw your syringe to the correct marking. If you do it like this, it should draw relatively quickly without needing to heat it or anything (unless for some reason it's super cold in your place). Turn vial right side up before removing your needle from it. Be careful with needles and syringes. Don't let needle touch surfaces, sanitize the space you're going to work on, swab your skin and the top of the vial when you go to draw/inject. It's honestly easy once you get used to it.

Hey buddy, the whole zinc copper depletion thing is way overblown but it has some truth to it. When we take things in isolation it can cause an imbalance. Nature doesn’t ever use just one element in isolation. Literally everything is contained within a complex of chemicals. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. But we can counter that by taking certain supplements with food and with the element that balances them. So with zinc you want both zinc and copper together but in a moderate amount since the body stores both of them. You take it with your largest meal to prevent stomach upset and you take them both together at the same time so that way you can’t get any imbalances. And the food helps not only with absorption but the other elements in the food will balance out any imbalances created from taking isolated compounds. Basically we are doing two things, we are taking a higher isolated amount to correct a deficiency or less optimal situation and we are using the same principle of nature by taking it with other elements to create a more balanced approach. I do have a brand I recommend but any quality brand will do as long as it is reputable enough and also has these elements in moderate amount. That way it can be taken longterm without causing toxicity or another imbalance. Most recommendations I give are for the longterm “indefinitely” type of mindset. Here is the one to order off amazon. If you have anymore questions don’t hesitate to ask. Thanks buddy.

First of all yes it is possible that this is being accelerated by testosterone usage. However, the solution I will propose doesn’t matter if that’s the cause or not. I’ve never heard anyone mention this but in all my experiences the best thing I’ve ever seen for hair loss in men is topical Chinese licorice root powder. What you do is mix a teaspoon in 16oz hot boiling water and let it cool to room temperature. Then take that liquid and put it in a spray water bottle. Then spray your hair especially near the roots and shaft of hair follicles. Let it dry on its own don’t rinse it out. It doesn’t smell don’t worry. Do that every night before bed or whenever is best for you. Give it a couple months. When finished put the remaining spray bottle in the refrigerator and replace the licorice root powder water once a week for a fresh batch. It absolutely will stop the hair loss and make new hair grow back. How does it do this and why? Because the chemicals in the Chinese licorice root powder have very strong anti DHT effects. They are basically phytoestrogens that bind to the receptors instead of allowing the DHT molecules to bind to the hair follicle receptors and cause the issue. Be consistent and disciplined in this and I promise you it will work better than anything I’ve ever seen. It’s also dirt cheap. The powder will last for 1-2 years. If you need any further help or assistance don’t hesitate to ask or message me. I am here to help everyone on this journey to becoming the best men we can be. Good luck buddy.
Here is the Chinese licorice root powder I recommend:

Meh, go on amazon and buy some 30g insulin syringes: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NYD185V
Avoid the dips and keep your levels running high all the time. Pin daily, subq. Won't feel a thing. Rotate between your thighs and shoulders.
Fuck, that’s an awesome idea. Gonna have to try that with odd doses like 16 mg.
Milligram scale us druggies use that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg: https://www.amazon.com/Smart-Weigh-GEM20-Precision-Milligram/dp/B00ESHDGOI/
i'm actually documenting my journey here https://wordpress.com/stats/day/inherentlydifferent.wordpress.com?startDate=2021-03-31
I’m daily with 30g 1/2”. Rotate glutes and delts. Inject a full syringe worth of air into the vial to create back pressure. When you’re injecting daily or EOD, the volume is so small that it doesn’t take much time to pull out what you need.

SHBC makes a medical cooler intended for insulin vials. Has a nice spot for needles. Just don’t freeze the ice pack and use it as padding instead, your gear should be fine.

Myself and many other people are using insulin syringes. I use 1/2” 30g needle and alternate between my glutes and delts. Some people avoid the quad so it being more of a problem if you have a bad shot or PIP, making it hard to walk etc. I’m currently doing daily injections but could definitely go to EOD, or every three days or whatever.

Try a testosterone booster and start lifting heavy in the gym and see if that raises your levels. 455 for 31 is not super low but it’s low for 31 IMO.

You can draw it with a insulin needle. I'd recommend half inch needle minimum problem with the tiny needles is they get a little dull when they go they the rubber. So backfilling can help keep the needle sharp.
This is what I use. I inject into the deltoid 3x a week. 200mg/ml total weekly.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081VV1PN3?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
You can but it’ll draw in pretty slow. If you prepare a week or twos worth of doses, it’s not a big deal. You can heat up the test bottle with hot water, then draw it out. It’ll flow muuuch faster.
I buy these 27g 1/2” insulin syringes.. No waste like there is with leur type tips you match with 1ml barrels yourself.
