I know this isn't directly related to Samsung but you may as well use Google Photos. It is by far the best cloud picture/videos hosting service. You can search by faces, places, things etc. Google is way further ahead in the cloud pictures department compared to anyone.

I personally use Private Internet Access. I find it easy to use as it has an application for my GS6 , IPad mini 2, and laptop(Windows).
With one click of a button it connects to its servers all over the world(you can choose which country).
The best thing about it is its fast connections! I can torrent and watch HD videos with it and not sacrifice speed.
Now this sounds all great doesn't it, well its all true but comes with one con. It is a paid VPN, starting at $6.99 American a month, you can pay half of that if you buy a year In advanced for $40 American.
Yeah it's paid but I utilize it a lot since I'm in Canada and everyone likes to block content to me, so with a simple switch of a button on multiple platforms I can get a speedy VPN to an country I need.
if you download https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.android.telnet&hl=en you can see when your phone goes into DC HSPA+ as far as i know most citys have had it since last summer, at least calgary has from what ive seen.
Checked http://willmyphonework.net/ with this model: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Original-Xiaomi-Redmi-Note-3-Pro-Prime-32GB-ROM-Official-Global-Firmware-Mobile-Phone-Snapdragon-650/32672119908.html
It said it wouldn't work. Did I do it wrong? Is it the wrong model?
Will need it for Wind Ontario.
Edit: Sorry, fixed the link. Should work now.
Have you tried testing this with a VPN?
Try a VPN service like private internet access or Torguard.
Then run pokemon go and see if running your connection through a VPN actually affects the game.
I used to be a wind user and when YouTube and Google play music stopped working I would just run it through my VPN and bam, suddenly it worked.
Currently on Rogers so I can't test this, but I swear I had better connection running it through Vpn's.
I have an old Blackberry Curve 9360 I used to use on Wind. I'll sell it to you for $300 - it's a bargain!
(Just kidding - it's yours for free if you can't find a better option)
I feel like most of the retailers took their information from the Asus Zenfone 2 website, which does not list 1700/2100 on 3G. However, the official Asus listing on Amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-ZenFone-5-5-Inch-64-Smartphone/dp/B00VWKKHKU/) actually has the 1700/2100 band listed for 3G.
If you don't know how to flash a rom or root, just head over to XDA as there are pretty simple guides, or you can use the root toolkit for the nexus 5.
I haven't tried it yet, but apparently if you have root, you can install this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.riteshsahu.DataController2, and it'll work if you convert it to a system app (can use titanium backup to do that), haven't tried it yet myself though.
