I used these bases from Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MNMPCZ6/
It was actually really easy. I used an exacto knife to cut them off their old bases and used Loctite Super Glue gel to put them on the clear bases.
And they hold up really well, I've never had one come off.
They are definitely both survivor games, however, depending on the quest you choose it can change the aspect of the game. Some can turn a little more FPS-ish, for instance in the original game there is a quest to get someone to the highest level which means someone going beast mode is killing everything.
Personally I like BP. It is on sale still right now on Amazon, so if you were thinking about it I'd jump on it ASAP

Sure, you can get them on Amazon for about $25 :
The Army Painter mega paint set of 50: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MTXRUUT
I used the Army Painter necrotic flesh spray primer for the first 20, then started using the uniform grey spray primer for the rest since I want variety and don't want them all too look too green. For the ones that I spray primed grey I used skeleton bone for the base coat.
I'm gonna ask my wife for the Army Painter speed paint mega set for christmas, that will hopefully speed things up even more.
You can get the 2nd edition tiles set at Amazon also.
As mentioned by u/kmanslamdunk, you can download the 2nd edition rule book from CMON.com.
Also there is an upgrade box to replace your first edition cards for $16 on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Zombicide-Complete-Strategy-CMON-ZCD014/dp/B09ZPVQ758/ref=sr\_1\_14?crid=U1KX54PZRQM6&keywords=zombicide&qid=1667408170&qu=eyJxc2MiOiI2LjEwIiwicXNhIjoiNS40NSIsInFzcCI6IjQuODMifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=zombicide%2Caps%....
I cheated…. I used a Pigma Micron 003 Pen

Hopefully you can get them delivered to where ever you're located. Having the S1 tile set opens up a ton more missions and set-ups. Prison Break is definitely the best of the 1st Edition, hope you have a lot of fun with your friends!
Yes, I forgot to post that! It's this one: works great! Plenty of slots to keep all expansions separate from each other.

Depens on wich languge you wonna get. The german one is pretty cheap. Here is an amazon Link for it.

iI just found it two weeks ago for 9,99€ in a local store. So this offer on amazon sounds nice. I would buy it for my self, when i would play modern, but i only own invader :)
Amazon has a 4 pack or you can get it solo from there it’s just more expensive. Most hobby stores should carry it as well.
Yes! Excellent ideas, that's a lot of creative scenarios. It's already pretty versatile just using the game itself. Branching out, there's a Marvel TTRPG in the works (playtest version is available now) that would be great to use the minis with as well as other games, either homebrew or print-n-play.
Lightsaber already exists in Zombicide, it's an ultrared weapon:
><strong>Ned's Atomic Flashlight</strong>
And the Crossbow is in Angry Neighbors.
Here are some dogs for a good price. (Amazon Germany)
This is the core box...
...if you don't have it, that's what you need for all your 2E stuff.
It's the easiest thing to get too. So if you're interested in playing, that's your path forward.
Those are some really great ideas. I found something similar to what you are talking about here: https://boardgamegeek.com/filepage/114418/zombicide-plot-twists-and-hidden-agendas
But your's sound much more interesting...especially the silly ones.
I have compiled a list of PDFs also that many could enjoy.
http://www.filedropper.com/zombicide
Contents include:
All missions from all rulebooks (including Angry Neighbors an Rue Morgue) into one file. I also changed missions 2 and 7 from rulebook of season 1 for the revised versions.
A pdf of all downloadable missions currently available on the zombicide site (Jan 30th)
A super rulebook that appends all rulebooks without the missions. I find this practical for searching/contesting rules.
Target priority file
A few campaigns
Enjoy!
No problem, also buy a thing of nuln oil for shading. You can get way more complex with shading but nuln oil will get you great results right away and will make your minis look light years better trust me. It’s worth the seven to ten bucks it’ll cost you and for any painter it’s basically a must have. I can give you brush tips too (this set would probably do everything you’d need) if you want and tips on things like wet palettes and handles but I don’t wanna overload ya.
First, I wanna say welcome to the mini painter world, I’d check out that r/minipainting sub for tips and tricks along with checking out youtubers like sorastro and miniac. Although there’s a video playlist called painters guild that has people like Mathew Mercer on it and go step by step through skills so that’s awesome.
For sure get a kit, personally I don’t use army painter which is what that kit is, but if you wanna there are specifically Zombicide invader kits like this one that probably would give you more specifically what you’d need.
Vallejo earth texture paint, I use the sand color then black Templar contrast paint. It looks slightly green but I like it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005D85950/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_XXE2W7W9337XH0YCVAR6
I just have a collection of vallejo painted that I did and mixed. I really like Vallejo - they make a specialty starter kit to paint zombicide invader if you're interested.
Edit oops its by Army Painter. Thought they were the same company.... I use vallejo but I've heard great things about Army Painter.
I just ended up buying a couple of diecast cars and a helicopter off of amazon. The cars: Pull Back Diecast Police Cars - 4 High Speed Vehicle Set Toy For Kids – By Kidsco https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XHPSYWR?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf The helicopter: Sky Pilot UH-60 Black Hawk Diecast Helicopter Replica 1:60 Scale https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004R6PXHS?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf The helicopter is a little big but I think is fine. The cars are the perfect size.
Cheaper on Amazon CMON Zombicide: Wulfsburg Board Game https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01A4MPOW2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_622DBbJ801K00
It was already back in stock for a few weeks now. I didn't buy it since I heard it may work well with Green Horde. I have Green Horde and pre-order the other 2 GH expansions
There are scans on the web for sure. A while ago I found a pack with many zombiciede assets in a random site and it did have the scans of all Friends & Foes cards. I lost the pack, but the scans were very low quality for printing anyway.
If you accept low quality images and can't find this pack, you can try to download the images from a tabletop simulator workshop game that includes the Friends & Foes expansion. I'm not sure there is one, and it problably requires the base zombicide DLC in addition to the Tabletop simulator. So, extra costs if you don't have those.
But thinking deeply, you don't need to print scans to play! You can use the Black Plague companion app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cmon.BlackPlague) to play with all Friends & Foe cards! Also, if you really want the scans and have the will to do it, you can make your own high quality scans by screenshoting the app.
Here's the most recent version on amazon,
https://www.amazon.com/Innovatium-Hold-it-Game-Card-Organizer/dp/B001LFA4IQ
Though I'd look around on Etsy to see what's available there. With 3d and laser printing being so big now no telling what's available.
*Those zombicide cards were a mess on my table. They basically just slip around with no traction so luckily I had that card holder. That dice tray hates me. :)
Looks like they are back out of stock. Just picked up two boxes on Amazon for $35ea with the $2 coupon. All the other sellers are at like $40-60 right now so act fast!
Also looks like they're popping up on Amazon, got one for $35 but free one day shipping. All the others are like $50+
There are 3 on Amazon.co.uk listed as Italian. But tbh all the guest boxes I've bought (for modern and Elnglish published) have had alternative language cards in them.
Edit: Though it does describe the contents as 6 cards...
I did not sleeve them but store them in binders using these pages. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01E5YK6IW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Smaller cards are stored in these. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01ARJ9AT0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
What version of Zombicide do you have? If it's not Black Plague, Broken Token makes amazing storage that fits into the original box. It isn't cheap, but cleanup is a breeze with it and it's very well stored.

Do you really think The Army Painter Mega Set I or II are necessary if I already have The Army Painter Zombicide BP paint set and the 3 brush set? Wouldn't something like Army Painter Zombicide Survivor Paint Set and/or Army Painter Zombicide Zombie Core Paint Set do for around half the price?
I believe you're talking about the STST19900! I just got one myself, albeit for the original Zombicide. I ran into the same issue with the tile space.
You can center the tiles on the grooves that jut out for dividers. It depends on how many tiles you have, but I have all of the original seasons/expansions, I and was about 7 tiles away from fitting them all using that method. The space underneath is the perfect height for boxes that minis initially come in to rest, so you can store smaller items ziplocked in there with no issue and add stability to the pile.
I wanted all of my tiles in one place, so I ended up using a Dremel to get rid of those grooves. The space still narrows near the bottom (the indents on either side), but I have just an inch and a half of clearance now. I'm in the process of modifying these to be the right height for storage underneath, but that's certainly not required.
It's been about an hour's worth of work so far to get the tiles in and the majority of that was just cleaning out the plastic I ground off. Just did it last night, so I was excited to see someone else using the same storage!
I use a combination of these for my Zombicide seasons 1-3. I own one of everything made for the game (each retail and promo item) and got it to fit in two of the LP cases and I believe ten of the Plano cases.
I plan to do the same for Black Plague, but I need to come up with something for the extra large "boss monster" figures.
If you want quick and simple games, you can just throw 3 or 4 random tiles, place some tokens and play. You don't really need scenarios.
When I play solo, I use the app so I don't need cards and dices.
