I know this is not exactly your situation, but maybe it will be helpful. I ran into an issue powering my Bluebox and Blackbox off of this one power bar/usb hub where I would get high pitched whine from the black box. I bought one of these in my search and it solved the issue. I know there are some similar devices for usb and what not you can look into, but this was cheap and ended up resolving my issue. Perhaps there is an isolator that works for this situation. I also have a couple MS70s, which is why I'm on this sub. Hope you figure it out!
The G1xon is this. For the effects already there - 100 or so out of the 200 total, including Bass - you can assign a huge range of parameters to the exp pedal; here is a full list, and every one that can be pedal assigned has the letter P by it.
For all the missing effects that are on the MS50/60/70 pedals, you can add them with Zoom Effect Manager 1.1.0. I don't believe they will allow pedal control, but you will still be able to use them just as you would with the MS50/60/70 pedals.
you'll need one of these. It also works for digitech x-series pedals, like the digidelay or digiverb. In my personal taste, the loudness is just right in the digitech pedals and a little bit quieter in the multistomp. But you can crank the volume and set it to test if you have a drive or amp sim in your patch.
I just use an extra long USB cord and the charging brick from an iphone. but if you wanna stick to running it off a computer, try to find a USB cord with a ferrite bead built-in. or, try one of these snap-on beads on an existing cable.
The MS is great, but probably not recommended as headphone amp.
What I use is the Maker Hart Just Mixer S, which is a tiny battery or USB powered 3x2 stereo channel mixer. It's a bit pricey new, but I picked up one on Ebay for about half price. It sounds great provided you give it a decent power supply via battery, USB powerbank or a quality isolated supply. It has 3 x 3.5mm stereo inputs and separate output and headphone outs.

If that guy is right and if this is the right pedal, then what you're looking for is a "micro usb to usb data cable".Here's a 3-pack for cheap.
Firstly, be aware that you’ll want a headphone amplifier. The signal directly from the pedal will be very low. I use the Mackie HM4 there’s also a generic model on Amazon that’s $10 cheaper and works pretty much just as well.
I then use a 1/4” TRS to dual 1/5” TS male/male short cable between the pedal outputs and the headphone amplifier.
Probably a Hosa cable.
try using a usb cable with ferrite choke, its kinda a noise filter
