I got an android app called AC market that is like the Google play market for modded apps. You just search for Spotify in the app and download the version before the lastest version (the latest version isn't modded yet)
I had a friend who had this, and he got it through AC Market , Its basically an app store for tweaked apps and such. I have never tried it, but he was always talking about getting GTA San Andreas for free through it.
I believe you have to side load it to your android phone. Also, the cracked spotify wouldn't let you download for offline play.

if you wanna do what i did,
download ac market from https://acmarket.net/
and then download spotify premium from the acmarket app
as a note, downloads don't work. but everything else does.
click the first white download button to download it. Once installed you can deny the phone permission but not the access to storage. When the app has started up, search for bxactions and click download (you might need to watch an add, and if not you're just lucky). When the download has finished the pop-up of the apk file should 'pop-up' and you can click install and once you open the bxactions you still need to follow the steps with a computer and after that everything should be accessible and working.
Since no one has provided a proper guide for Windows, I use BlockTheSpot, you will need additional vpn, any free one will do. Use the vpn to create a spotify account and login to spotify app,(dont use the version from Windows store), once you have logged in, you can close the vpn and listen to music for free, the app will log you out every 2 weeks so you'll need vpn to login again!
For the Android, you can use any cracked ones! I used to download them from ACMarket, but remember cracks get outdated to they might stop working, you'll have to wait for sometime

ACMarket is the best current alternative to Play Store and you can also download modified versions of the games from there, if you prefer. It's very safe, I've been downloading things from there for years, I scan everything using the "VirusTotal" page and I've never found infected files. All you have to do is go to the official website (https://acmarket.net) and download the APK of the application, then install it, open it and put the name of the game in the search engine to start the download. I hope that at some point the Shadowrun series games will be available again in the Play Store, so that we can continue to have updates and help developers, buying the official versions of this great saga.

You can download the modded fully unlocked version (aka no ads and all features) from AC Market
Just enable "install from unknown sources" and you're good. Been using ac market for some time now and never had any security issues.
Bonus: you can dl the modded youtube app with ads blocked & background play enabled. Also, the reddit app with no ads 😬 + a lot of other paid and free (modded/unlocked) apps.
Lucky Patcher only works on games/apps that don't require an internet connection (i.e. Subway Surfer) and doesn't do anything that has an online mode (i.e. Clash of Clans). Like YakzitNood said, there's websites and apps that offer free hacked apps. Some good ones are:
