Bitcomet STILL does this : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BitComet#Padding_files
From the v1.82 [Windows] [macOS] 2021.10.26 release notes : GUI Improve: display the size of all files and the size of file boundary padding in tooltip of task size in BT task summary pane
In order to download from this site, you need to get a torrent downloader because this site doesn't use traditional HTTP hosting for these files.
Here are some good torrent clients
After getting your torrent clients installed, you can go back to the site and click on the magnet link button which should automatically redirect you back to your torrent client, after that, the file will start downloading.
Bitcomet is fine, my frend uses it, You should download it from offical site tho, also normally false posatives persist between antiviruses.

https://www.bitcomet.com/en/downloads 1.70 is newest too, 1.5 is very old

You need to get a BitTorrent client.
I recommend either BitComet or BitTorrent

Not many /r/Torrent members use or recommend BitComet. You may want to try their support or post in their forums if you have questions or need help on that client.
