Mir fällt da immer die OpenSource-Verwaltungssoftware der FSFE ein… Amnesty International auch … also alles von Klein bis Weltumspannend. Und Datenschutzkonform.
CiviCRM.

CiviCRM has to be installed as a plugin in one of the following content management systems (CMS) -WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal. It's free, but the user interface is a little blahh. But it's feature rich though. The website does have a demo you can try out. It's a good try if you do not want to spend any money on a CRM system yet. It can be installed on a local web server (on premise) or if you the organization's website has a CMS as stated it can be added there. If I find others I will list them here. Anyone want to give their thoughts about CiviCRM?
CiviCRM can handle the nonprofit membership part of that system.
For the sign-in solution I would suggest hacking on Chronophore to connect to a barcode scanner system and the CiviCRM DB.
Rs Form has a plugin for Zoho and also allows for mapping of fields, which may allow you to connect it to most any CRM, here is CiviCRM as an example.
It supports payments via eWAY, iyzico, PagSeguro, PayFast and Paypal.
Hey I'm not entirely sure what it is your looking for, but i can throw out some things:
Are you using something like WordPress or Drupal for your site? There are plugins/modules for a number of payment processors to make it easier to start accepting contributions. PayPal, Stripe, Baintree, and 2checkout are some of the established names. The fee structures are pretty similar (or they were the last time I checked), so I'd suggest go with whichever seems to have the best options for integrating with your site.
Just getting started? PayPal is quick and easy and has solid integrations with the big CMS applications. The good thing is that you can always change your processor later on.
If you're going to be using accepting online payments, and your organization doesn't have a membership/constituent database already, you could consider installing CiviCRM for a more full-featured fundraising package. There are extensions available for a number of different payment processors.
Will this be used multiple times? Will anyone else need to access it?
It sounds like you need a junction table for a many-to-many join (i.e. one person can attend multiple seminars and a seminar can have multiple attendees).
There's plenty of open-source software that can do this. I'd recommend that you take a look at something like CiviCRM's events functionality or Open Conference Systems to see if that can fit your needs.
You might want to look at webforms. I think it has most of the functionality you are looking for. Also there are a few distros of drupal aimed for non-profits.
Hope that helps!
if you have a CRM, it should give you an api or "plugin". this, along with your keys/authentication, should be able to be used in multiple places, on multiple platforms. here is something on the civi site: https://civicrm.org/extensions/wpforms-civicrm
If you’re a non-profit, you might find that there’s better CRMs designed specifically for your needs. Salesforce is a great system, but expensive and complex to set up and maintain/change.
Try looking at Kindful (https://kindful.com) , Beacon (https://www.beaconcrm.org), or if you want a free option, CiviCRM (https://civicrm.org).
at an old job, we used CiviCRM. we also had a developer link it up with our wordpress site but it seemed fairly useful. that was before i did any significant email work so i didn't pay too much attention to that side, but it worked pretty well for our small non-profit with a ~10k person list.
CiviCRM is what charities and nonprofits tend to use. https://civicrm.org/
If you just need a glorified sign in system, Chronophore could be modified towards your needs. https://github.com/mesbahamin/chronophore
Way overkill if this is your only application, but I've used CiviCRM -specifically the "events" functionality- to create a stand-alone Wordpress install that does everything you're looking to do.
We're also currently using CiviCRM and Mailchimp. I've heard rumblings that there's an integration (https://civicrm.org/extensions/mailchimp-civicrm-integration), but we haven't implemented it, so we have to do everything manually. We update our Master List fairly frequently and segment/tag from there depending on the communication opt-ins and -outs of members. There are a lot of issues with doing it this way, the main being that when people opt-out via MC's unsubscribe, their member record in Civi remains the same. If they ever wanted to opt back in to a communication, well, MC has already marked them as do-not-contact.
Without knowing anything about the integration, I have to think a lot of how/if it works depends on how you've built your database and the logic of how communication preferences are written.
Depending on your organization's purpose and goals, you have several options. CiviCRM (for managing non-profits that integrates with drupal/wp) has a module for events that can be public/private with on-line registration modules and a calendar system (see here). If education is primarily what you do and more detailed reporting/record keeping is needed you can look at moodle. If you can be more specific about your use-case it would be easier to provide the optimal suggestion.
nice hint. I am checking it out.
I stumbled over (CiviCRM)[https://civicrm.org/go/demo], but it also is to big and to specific. It also took severall trials to install it.
For now I probably go with C5 to reduce administration needs for me and members, since it seems to be easier to navigate for our older members.
