Awesome. This is really cool.
Another cool (we think ;) ) alternative to Github is https://codegiant.io
We would love to get a mention on your list.
Our USPs -
I recently moved from Trello to CodeGiant. It's pretty neat.
And to the op I'd say break your tasks down into smaller chunks, and focus on one thing at a time. Tell yourself "Today, all I am going to do is get the pause menu appearing" and that's it. Do that. If you do that, you've been productive. Go have a tea, make a sandwich, and think "hmmm, could I do another small task". If you can, then do it. If you can't, then relax. You've already completed the task you set out to do that day.
Codegiant is the most emerging and trending alternative to Jira that also includes git repositories, continuous integration and documentation. And, it's free for up to 5 users.
Atlassian suite of tools are very powerful but they definitely have a heavy price tag.
We've built a lighter alternative to Atlassian tools with these features -
The cost for 250 users on our platform would be about $500. More pricing details here - https://codegiant.io/pricing
We're extremely customer obsessed and are working on bringing together more developer friendly tools and support :)
Jira is a great and powerful tool for software development. It offers a lot of customizations to handle custom agile development projects. The integrations offer a lot of flexibility.
While Jira is an extremely powerful tool, it might be a little complicated to start using to slightly smaller teams and it requires training to get started. We've worked on a more developer friendly Jira alternative that does not have complex features and is easy to get started. Also, we've focussed a lot of UI/UX of our platform. If you're interested, you can try our tool here - https://codegiant.io
And, we are always happy to get your feedback.

GitHub competitor here - Codegiant. We offer git repo hosting, issue tracker, built-in CI/CD, and documentation. A revamped version of our tool is coming up in a month. We focus on simplicity so if GitLab or GitHub feel clunky, feel free to check us out. - https://codegiant.io/home
