We don't have free trials. That's not explained anywhere on our website, dashboards or anywhere. We have risk-free trials. This means that if you don't like the talent during our trial period, you don't pay for it. You can even lie to us and say you don't like the work, and go ahead and get your money back, failing the trial period. Based on your account, you approved his trial period explicitly as successful, ( http://collabshot.com/show/VazxT3 ), and continued to work with him. It seems it didn't go good after the trial, however. Your choice was to use Reddit as a public medium for discussion rather than inform anyone at Toptal about this first. Thanks, we appreciate it.
As for your credit, it's on your account and always has been. It's a $1000 credit on your first invoice, so yes it's a full $1k. Not only that, you can have all of your money back.
We take failure very seriously. We do not however, take this incident or the way you decided to handle it as respectable.
Hey there! Airbnb Superhost here - great question. When you select the dates in the date range, all fees, discounts, etc should be visible and listed out like this - in the example I just snapped, you can see the total number of nights, the service fee, and a discount because the listing I'm using as an example offers a discount for longer stays.
Some places charge a cleaning fee - that will be visible there, too, if applicable.
There's no deposit - your card is charged for the stay at time of booking, and the funds are released to your host typically 24 hours after your check-in.
Feel free to ask here or DM me if you have any other questions, and welcome to Airbnb! :)
I never do this, but this is probably the most important week of the season, and I'm 20 points behind top in my 30+ players mini-league and still have some chances of winning.
My team: http://collabshot.com/show/Q8X37M I'm already in -4 hit zone. 0 in the bank.
My biggest concern are Everton players, especially Lukaku. They're in position where they can play an easy game because they can't go up or down on the table. Watford on the other hand still need some points to avoid relegation, so it all kind of smells of 0:0 game.
Rashford seems as a not so great choice, I'd change him but I don't know who else to pick for that money.
My other single game players - Smith and Boruc play an easy game home against my other GK Heaton. I'm hoping for some clean sheets there, and in general I don't know whom to pick as a replacement within price range, maybe Foster but he has 2 extremely difficult games.
