If you really want to go with something basic you can set up Grasshopper.com or Voip.ms
Neither are free like Google Voice. You can get local numbers on both or port your number if needed.
I've just started using Grasshopper. It lets you set up local numbers or toll-free numbers that route to multiple devices, create an IVR, receive faxes, and so on. RingCentral and Twilio are other solutions but I can't speak to them because I've not used them yet.
Grasshopper: “Communicate visually with your customers and partners through business MMS picture messages (local numbers only).”
Google Voice does too, but you’re into the big G.
I'm...not blaming Fi. What gives you that idea? I'm simply trying to figure out if it can do something that is part of my current use case.
> routing an exchange number to another exchange number is impossible.
Turns out others have found a workaround that works for them. They've been very helpful.
(I did upvote this comment as helpful, as I hadn't seen grasshopper before and they have reasonable rates if I find the hangsouts workaround not sufficient in the future.)
If you don't want to put your own phone number up yet, there are affordable services available such as https://grasshopper.com/.
Also, I find this YouTube channel helpful: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqYOdaE4JdYF6_J2-Uidwdw
Have you never heard of profit sharing for employees? Companies like Publix Supermarkets, WinCo Foods, Parsons etc all offer profit sharing for their employees (not equity or ownership, just a guaranteed percentage of overall profits of the business so that if the business has a good year, the employees have a good year). Profit sharing for employees has actually become more common the last several years
Check this add-on if your looking for live, virtual receptionist to answer phones. Great service...well work the 300/month i pay over a FT receptionist at $12 hour https://grasshopper.com/features/ruby/
This is a helpful feature of the phone system known as caller id spoofing. It requires enough technical knowledge to navigate this website or maybe this one.
Since they're (ab)using a legitimate mechanism of the phone system (used for business purposes), there's really nothing you can do to stop it from a technical perspective.
You can try reporting them to whatever your equivalent of the FCC is though.
Colors- The light blue is painful on the eyes. I would suggest dimming in down a bit. Yes, you want something catchy and to grab on impulse but the blue is a bit too much. (https://grasshopper.com/blog/6-resources-to-color-for-conversions/)
The image, I think, is more of a promiscuous image (maybe a perfume or jean ad?) and speaks to a different crowd. Going for something more of a chiropractic aspect, I think, would really make a bigger impact.
Unnecessary breaks- there are some unnecessary breaks or spaces in your description of PerfectAcuMat One (I’m on mobile atm though soo this maybe different on pc/Mac)
Grammar- I was always told to never use “doesn’t” when making something professional. “Spell it out” is what I’ve always been told...Anyone else have an opinion on that one?
Typography- I would suggest picking a different typeface. Your niche is banking on fast impulsive buys so maybe try a font that speaks too that like a sans serif, it’s bold, wants to be seen and wants you to “buy, buy, buy.” Serifs are better for overall readability of a product (like print) but your online and not printing. So stand out my friend.
I am new to the drop ship world but I have over 10years of experience in graphic design. I hope this helps. I am not trying to tear you down but rather make you better!

There are various ways to manage SMS messages outside of physical cell phones. Here’s one, for example: https://grasshopper.com/features/business-sms/

I used Google Voice for a small consulting business I own, it's great that it's free but does have some limitations. It works pretty well as a standalone phone number, but if you wanted additional functionality like a phone tree or recording calls, then you're out of luck.
We use Vonage Business for a larger company I own, and it has worked pretty well. We do have more lines, but they just charge per line so it doesn't really matter how many you need. I have used Phone.com and Grasshopper in the past too, and they worked just as well. I really like being able to setup rules, phone tree extensions etc. Even if you are only one person, it can help to make you look like a real company and to provide answers to common questions. Our larger company is e-commerce, so our phone tree actually answers common questions like where is our retail store, how to place an order, how to start a return, etc.
Unfortunately I have only seen this practice from the perspective of a small business hiring employees, but the principles are likely the same.
This will likely be irrelevant.
Just wanted to point out, that making multiple offers or negotiating multiple options will let your contractee choose what is best for them without you losing the contract from making a risky proposition. AKA you can probe their opinion on royalties vs not.

I don't know what your situation is, but you need to ask yourself a question from their perspective.... Why would they accept an offer for royalties for you? Why would they bother setting up a more complicated (time-consuming) contract and negotiation?
Depends on comfort with pricing but there are tons of services out that handle this scenario. For instance, this one is pricier but aimed at consumers for ease of use: https://grasshopper.com/pricing/
Does this mean they're making work calls from personal cell phones? Whatever you decide on, I would try to get them away from returning calls from personal cell phones of staff. All kinds of bad there:
All work communication should go through channels owned by and controlled by the company. So, in this case, you at minimum want softphone apps with company-owned numbers, installed on personal cell phones. All work calls are received and made from the softphone...
I am not great at it because I just have an info product that does reallly well and promote evoice on backend.
Can you link to me where it says $65? I only see this: https://grasshopper.com/affiliates/
if I google 'Grasshopper affiliate program'

I see your response was restricted due to you not being verified, but yes there is research to contradict your statements of small business wealth not going back into the community

https://www.greenamerica.org/blog/6-reasons-support-black-owned-businesses
“48 percent of small business purchases are recirculated locally compared to only 14 percent of what’s circulated by chain stores. Supporting Black-owned businesses in turn supports families, employees, and other business owners, as well as attracts community investors who provide banking services, loans, and promote financial literacy--all things that build economic strength.”
Here's a comparison of Indiegogo, Kickstarter, and GoFundMe.
I think most people are gonna be fine with you starting it, especially if you post receipts. I'm not 100% sure, but it might be better to wait till we're closer to the day of the potluck- we'd have more subscribers. The other option would be to just leave it up for a long time. Still, we'd have to wait a reasonably long time from now before we can actually start purchasing things for it, since it could potentially get really big quite suddenly. Hard to say with the internet.
