Sprinters do short intensity exercise and tend to build more lean muscle while the goal of a marathoner is to be low in body fat and only have essential muscle (5 extra pounds can make or break a marathon heck even 1 or 2 can make a difference)
If you want to build a body that is more feminine or “Stacy” like, you need to do two things: loose any excessive body fat (Get to a healthy BMI if overweight ) and then build muscle in a way that creates an hour glass shape.
