OP, this relationship is not healthy for you. Please read Why Does He Do That? By Lundy Bancroft. It's am amazing book that will bring you a lot of healing and clarity.
here's a PDF .
My hair is kinda meh. It's not super fine but it's poker straight. I've always liked curly hair so I always had perms. While perms are easy they're expensive and the end result does not look natural imo. Then I discovered foam rollers like these
Hair Rollers Night Sleep Foam... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077XNYLLB?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
These babies have been a total game changer for me. You wrap your hair up and they're comfortable enough to sleep in. The end result is completely natural looking curls that last all day. On day two it's not as curly but it still looks great.
I'm mentioning these because anyone who wants to add volume to their hair should try them. They will make your hair super curly if you use a lot. But if you wrap large pieces of hair and only use a few you should end up with gorgeous waves and amazing volume.

Omg I know exactly how you feel!! I sent this write up to a few people so here I'll post it here for you guys!
I hope you find this helpful!
Buy cheap resistant bands off amazon, they're good for working on shaping the legs and butt area!
wear bronzing moisturizer everyday after getting out of the shower
clean up eyebrows/upper lip/forehead with spring tweezer
using a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. i started using enjoy luxury, and WOW! its the only hair products I've ever used that give me salon quality at home
olivia garden styler brush is only $14 on amazon and it helps disperse the oil in my hair so I don't have to wash as often
language lip mask every night
body moisturizer with spf in it
😭 Omg i’ve been waiting to share this push bra with someone. This one off Amazon is very good I have two of them. You can look at the pics and see the difference. 🙃 I really like them because my breast aren’t symmetrical so it helps with that too.
Of course, here you go, and here’s a tutorial on how to do it. She uses a different kit that I tried as well (it’s double the price!) but it really isn’t worth it imo, the former is cheaper and just as good :)
About your waves, if you’re comfortable sharing a picture of just your hair, I’d love to give you some advice. Sometimes it’s all about finding the right technique and products!
Revive science. I used it every night until I ran out of the first bottle, ~2 months, and now I use it 3-4 nights a week as maintenance. My lower lashes are nearly the length and thickness that my upper lashes started at and it doesn’t burn when I inevitably get some in my eyes lol, it filled in the the slightly sparse parts of my brows so they look fully even too. I have to go light on mascara now bc they get freakishly long lmao
This is my favorite, I have super sensitive skin and this feels great and doesn't break me out or leave any cast. I apply pretty generously, I live in SoCal and I'm naturally very pale. The sun here is brutal. I've lived in Florida and SoCal's sun is way more intense.

Tips and tricks for 3 type hair:
Obligatory statement about hair growth not being about what comes out of your scalp, but how much length you retain from taking great care of your ends :D
also super important: scalp detox and clarifying once a month to remove product build up.
Type 3 hair requires a lot of work but my hair went from shoulder length to past armpit length/mid back in 6 months
I came back to this post because I realized that you can harness an unintended side effect of mineral sunscreens. The purple/white cast tends to counterbalance warm tones in your skin which usually makes warm skin look cooler toned.
This is something people regularly wouldn't want because it can make you washed out, but if you're desperate to recreate a specific look, I'd recommend a mineral sunscreen that blends in super well and doesn't look streaky like Sun Bum Baby. Overall, I'd recommend altering your inspo to just working with your skintone! I think a lot of pics online probably have a cool filter on them too.
I got this one but not a specific brand. I was looking for something that had 660 nm to make sure it would be effective.
You should! Resistance bands are great because you can target specific body parts. I like to keep my legs slim and flutes full + lifted. Most glute exercises like squats and lunges add mass to your quads.
These are the bands I use. You can find tons of videos on YouTube!

I can’t say that collagen has helped with my skin but it’s made a big difference in my hair and nails.
This one is my favorite, it’s delicious! I mix it in with cold brew coffee, oat milk, and some ice in the blender. Also, there is no sugar.

I’ve had mine 5 years plus so I guess price has gone up with popularity.
I got you! It's been a constant presence in my makeup kit since i've discovered it.

Generally, I use fake tan in the summer so I don't need bronzer then I use a lipstain on my cheeks instead of blush so I can slather on sunscreen no problem but around my eyes, I just dust some of this on so I don't ruin my eyeliner and concealer and it's really convenient. Try to wear some stylish sunglasses whenever you can too if you are hanging out in the sun!

I take four a day and it takes about a week to see a difference. Apparently it also has vit c in it which I didn't know!
Agreed - start with lip scrub and nude gloss.
Lamellar Water!
Hello there, i have medium fine hair (half fine, half thick hair, total nuisance). I’m getting high and low lights every 6 months. When air dried my hair are between straight and wavy. When they are shorter, they become kinda curly.
Over the years i tried everything, oil, silicone based serum, the newest conditioner, but after a few weeks my hair looked dead again. I always cut them collar bone length because of that. Now they are getting longer and longer. No knots, no dead and frizzing appearance. I use L’oreal 8 seconds wonder water (aka lamellar water). It’s the best. Never had a bad hair day since using it.
Also invest in a good hair dryer. You don’t need a Dyson. I recommend the Remington Pro-Air this hair dryer is under 50$ and worth every penny.
This is a fantastic book: https://www.amazon.com/How-Look-Expensive-Gorgeous-Breaking/dp/1592407234
Echoing what others say - try to be as “glossy” as possible, shiny hair, shiny nails (preferably in a nude or classic color like red), shiny lips, shiny eyes (use eye drops).
How are your teeth? That’s a big wealth indicator as well. At the very least they should be white, but not blindingly so.
Good luck!
Same body shape here. Getting to a size 8 or so helped a lot (I’m currently higher) and I couldn’t believe how much smaller my back and shoulders looked. I also had a lot more waist definition even with a smaller ass/hips and choosing the right clothes was key to looking balanced.
I cannot recommend this book enough. The actual clothes may be dated but the principles of style and lines hold true and I guarantee if you follow them you’ll look so much more balanced. It goes way beyond apple/hourglass/ruler and uses height and weight to break down different types and I won’t ever stop recommending the book to everyone. I’m not exaggerating when I say I can look 20 pounds heavier or lighter by jacket style or the width of the legs on my jeans.
I take this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lindens-Tablets-Methylsulfonylmethane-Suitable-Vegetarians/dp/B00K930YD6/ref=asc_df_B00K930YD6/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=310665675964&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=11521752095811324110&hvpone=... (gosh what a long link!!) daily, in the morning, with vitamin C or water with some squeezed lemon. Some people say MSM makes them nauseous, for me it wasn’t the case. When I buy a replacement, I’ll probably get pure crystal form or get something from a more reputable brand (I tend to distrust amazon stuff for some reason…)
I’ve been taking it for a month. Hair: i do think they are more lively and I lose less in the shower. But it could be placebo, who knows! However, my appetite definitely changed very soon after starting the supplement, I haven’t experienced anything like this before. Convinced it’s not placebo. Bye bye 11pm pizza cravings! 😂
Other people’s experiences, there are also recommendations in this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/Vindicta/comments/y4m2zb/my_weight_loss_secret_is_msm/ I think if you search the subreddit there are quite a few threads with people discussing different MSM products and their results! Hope this helps x
this one is the best I’ve tried! The solutions come in individual packets so they don’t dry out or weaken, and the glue is really really good
Just compared a few ~$20 on Amazon. Ended up choosing this one, but all seemed like solid options. I bought a different lash glue per reviewer recs.
If anyone is curious about the ins and outs of American class system and how upper classes act , Paul fussels "class: a guide through the American status system"class: a guide through the American status system is the only accurate class depiction in America I've seen. It's a bit outdated but the principles still hold.
Yes! Hair shadow is essentially shadow for the roots. In my opinion you can use it to slightly lower the hairline or narrow it horizontally through illusion of thickness. I use this one from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Magical-Fluffy-Concealer-Instant-Coverage/dp/B075HD1PG3/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?keywords=mamonde+hair+shadow&qid=1666445737&qu=eyJxc2MiOiIzLjY4IiwicXNhIjoiMy41MCIsInFzcCI6IjMuNDgifQ%3D%3D&sr=8-5
There is also the Mamonade hair shadow which I used to have but is no longer sold on Amazon but can be bought from other places. Amazon also has a few other options like BOLIFY which I think is a bit more expensive and I haven’t tried.

I haven’t purchase the real thing, but I do mix this two together and add perfumers alcohol to make my own.
Thank you for posting! I’m in the same situation. I know what I have to do but am too busy during the work day to eat proper.
I drink a lot of smoothies with weight gainer to help with calorie intake. Throw 2 bananas, peanut butter, 1-2 scoops weight gainer, almond milk, 1 scoop chia seeds, and a cup of frozen blue berries. Buy mason jars to store them in fridge for the day!
I always eat a big breakfast. My stomach will eat itself if I don’t. I’m 115 lbs and can’t gain for the life of me, but I’m also not lifting weights like I used to so I can’t complain too much. I just miss my body when I was 130 lbs and thought I needed to lose some weight.
I did it and love it!!! I was very careful to not get it in my eyes, and at one point touched my upper waterline and it stung a bit, but whatever.
I bought this kit. Do the lift first, then the tint, otherwise the lifting gel makes the tint come off, lol
https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B08X67918B?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
My review has pics, too. I'm wearing a red tank top lol
i’ve done them semi regularly by myself for a year now. started with cheap amazon kit to see if I could do it then bought a kit off amazon with individual sachets because the perm/neutralise solution in the pots gets weaker over time when they’re opened.
just be careful with the solution and it’ll be fine, i do mine eyes open, both at the same time and my vision is still doing fine after multiple times of doing it
^ kit i use, the lash pads suck for diy use tho lol but i have small eyes with weird sockets
it’s hard to get a hang of at first but i recommend using a strong lash glue to adhere the pads, and the best pads i’ve used are the clear silicone half moon looking ones (don’t get the coloured silicone ones they never bend or adhere properly). using the right size lash pad makes all the difference in how the end result will look. i never tint my lashes straight after because I feel it weakens my perm, so I do that a few days later kind of riskily whilst dying my brows.
I’ve had brow dye in my eyes and despite the pain everything ended up with me still able to see so maybe i’m lucky? def have a rinse near by just in case
Both are important, but I would definitely straighten your teeth first. That seems more important, but it also depends on how crooked or yellow your teeth are.
I would say get braces first if:
Whiten your teeth first if:
In your case, I would straighten them. Having super white teeth is not that important. What‘s more important is that they’re not super yellow.
Yes so you will want a concealer that's easier to blend for under the eyes, and one that's harder to blend for your face, so it doesn't rub off while blending.
So I either use the Tarte shape tape for under my eyes (as long as I'm nice and moisturized) or the Jouer one which doesn't cover as much but looks much more invisible (they don't sell it anymore I don't think, but I might try their other concealers next). I use my finger to blend under my eyes.
For my face, I like the NARS soft matte concealer pot. I cover the area well with a very small concealer brush until the spot is invisible, then dab with my finger only around the edges a bit to blend it in. For my eyes, I set with a fluffy brush and the Laura Mercier translucent loose setting powder. For my face, I use a pressed powder foundation (currently trying out Chanel's due to liking their foundation but any powder that's not too dry looking and matches your foundation will do).
Yes for sure! Other than lip balm, mascara, and some makeup brushes, everything I use is mid end, (I have a few high end things). The drugstore stuff just doesn't last as long and just looks lower quality. It definitely will vary though. I like NARS blush more than other brands that cost the same, for example. I would recommend buying from Sephora, Nordstrom, or Ulta since they allow you to return used products. Just don't return too much and maybe try to alternate stores so you don't get banned haha. If you can look at the stuff in person then even better. Definitely look up Temptalia swatches and watch Youtube videos so you can avoid having to return as much.
Hello, I’m east asian and my entire fam/extended fam swear by this. It’s a pretty rough cloth but it strips all dead skin clean off. You’ll get used to it. Use it like twice a week and you’re golden (not more than that though or it’ll dry u out) I use a gentle body wash with it.
Then I use palmers cocoa butter lotion. My skin is very soft, and I always get compliments on it when ppl touch me. Same with my whole fam.
If u try it out, please let me know.
I read that some people's nasolabial folds improved after they started using tretinoin (not retinol) - tretinoin is also just great in general, retinol did nothing for me but tretinoin made my skin look really good. I'm around your age and started using microcurrents (I use the Foreo Bear) and I really like it. It just makes my skin a lot brighter/tighter. I don't know if it has any preventative benefits though, but if you do it everyday then you'll maintain the results. I think generally eating low glycemic index foods is helpful too, I read this book a while ago and it's really interesting.
i got these ones because the tips can be opened like a hoodie, so i can still use my phone and stuff, other gloves that have “touch screen fabric” never really work and i often ended up taking off my gloves to use my phone which defeats the purpose!
There's a whole book on this by an academic who also went blonde. She came up with three or four "archetypes," one of which was Apollo (the cool high-status ice blonde) (Catherine Deneuve) "Sun Goddess" I think it was....I forget exactly...but anyway, this was the supplier of food and nurturing. (Martha Stewart) And I think a third category had to do with innocence.

I can’t see what palette she’s using but NYX sells a nice color corrector on Amazon that I’ve personally used and like a lot. It’s $12.

As an actress, unless it’s a closeup or they’re taking stills for background, they won’t bother with a ton of color correcting.
Because of the lights being so strong and set can end up so hot, they use special stage makeup that is extremely thick. It’s basically a layer of paint. No point in subtle color correction when you’re basically plastering it on.
In Japan they sell Collagen drinks like these.

I adore wearing my Grace Eleyae satin lined cap to bed to protect my hair as I sleep.
For daytime hat use, I wear satin lined baseball caps. And I have satin lined beanies for winter weather. I purchased these from various shops on Etsy. Something I want and don’t yet have is a hoodie with a satin lined hood, which I have also seen on Etsy as well as on the shop websites of individual small businesses.
Before I ever used satin or silk sleep caps, purchased several of these satin pillowcases from Amazon. They maintain their satin silkiness after many, many washes in the washing machine with the rest of my non-satin bed linens.
One of my satin pillowcases lives as a headrest cover in my car, to prevent friction on the back of my head as I drive. I put the pillowcase over the headrest and neatly tucked it in tightly, and it has stayed there for months. I had thought about custom ordering some type of satin cover for my car head rest, and I’m glad I didn’t because my inexpensive pillowcase method has worked perfectly.
Currently removing a large chest tattoo for the same reason. I found a dermatologist to do the removal because they are licensed to numb you with lidocaine injections. We do 4 sessions at a time with 20 min breaks in between. Because it’s numb, the dermatologist can turn the machine to full blast. It would be too painful to do that without numbing. I have to wait 2 months in between sessions as this is how long your body takes to react/expel the ink on its own once it’s been broken down.
I can’t feel the laser at all and it doesn’t scab or scar. The lidocaine injections do hurt though ! To get through that, I found a numbing cream on Amazon for $15. It’s called ebanel 5% lidocaine numbing treatment (link below)
What you need to know is, the instructions on the numbing cream are wrong for using it for this purpose. You need to lay it on thick like you’re icing a cake, cover it in plastic like you would a new tattoo and let it sit for at minimum 2 hours, I aim for 3 hours. After that, you’ll be numb and won’t feel any of the lidocaine shots. Remove it right before the treatment starts. I wouldn’t trust this to numb you enough for just the laser alone though.

it has lots of other benefits: antioxidant action, aids scar healing, prevents acne for some, and my god it has made my skin even more smooth and soft - its nice to find an ingredient that does all that and it isn't an exfoliant as im already on tret (which is why im surprised my skin could even get smoother lol). And those are just the topical benefits - ive supplemented and saw insanely fast nail growth at a low dose.

Hi! I take “Zazzee pregnositol” from Amazon - here is a link to the specific product on Amazon. I like this one because it’s relatively cheap at $0.43/day, has about 3 months worth of doses and contains a 40:1 ratio of myo to d-chiro inositol which is recommended for PCOS. I mix it in a little water and it’s sweet like sugar.
I don't have this exact one but some in a similar cut. My girls are pretty small too but I also buy padded ones just because I don't want the nips to show. I have these in size S and they fit great. They're really cheap too and I haven't had any problems with the quality so far.
You could try a microcurrent device like the NuFace! I got a wayyyy cheaper knockoff from Aliexpress (there’s also a bunch on Amazon like this one ) and it’s definitely working. It‘s a bit of a commitment though since you have to use it every day. Also before anyone comes for me, I know the science isn’t 100% on this yet but it works for me 🤷🏼♀️
You're welcome!
I use a pink sheer lipstick and pat a pink eyeshadow lightly around the edges of my lips. It makes the skin around your lips look like it is a bit flushed and creates the illusion of bigger lips. I only put shimmery highlighter on the cupid's brow
I use one like this, there's way cheaper options I'm just showing you what it looks like:

I have a pair of shoes in which I am dealing with annoying heel slippage. I bought some padded inserts that I stuck to the inside of the heel, and it did reduce the slippage so that it is no longer visible to other people, but I can still feel it happening. I tried layering more pads, but my heel still slips and now the toes feel tight.
I will link what I am currently using and maybe someone can suggest something better?

I got this for $15. I put 3-4 drops for 24 oz of water, sometimes more. I haven’t noticed a grassy taste at all, but the minty taste is pretty strong!
I struggled with insomnia for 8 years. I finally went on Lunesta, and set myself with a wind down routine: dinner and a TV show between 8-10pm, then I take Lunesta, put in ear plugs and an eye mask (Sleep Mask, Ezona 3D Deep... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09KKTR6ZX?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share - this is the best one, I’ve searched long and hard for it).
It works now. It takes some committing to the wind down routine but it’s been very effective. I tried to avoid sleep pills for a long time but, ultimately a pil yo help with sleep is the lesser of the two evils. Lunesta has a short half life so I don’t wake up feeling drowsy. And it didn’t wear off in effectiveness like ambien did.
I wish you the best and hope this help.

Tip 6: I keep a couple dental floss picks in my bag almost always. Nothing worse than having a piece of pepper or food stuck in your teeth. I excuse myself to the bathroom and boom, perfect smile. I make sure to keep an extra because I’ve been asked more than once if I have a spare!
Tip 9: At home, I’ve started using Facial Smoothies (not the drink!) for in between my eyes and at the corners. I love to read or play video games and often furrow my brows or make all sorts of expressions. This helps prevent wrinkles and also trains you to be aware of your expressions.
These are the ones I use. I wear them when I sleep too!

I found that over exfoliating my feet is what kept them dry and calloused. I stopped exfoliating my feet except for once a week and started applying foot cream to them multiple times every day.
There is only one foot cream that works for me, and there is no in between. This product softens my feet to princess levels, while all others do absolutely nothing. The particular product I am talking about is Gold Bond Ultimate Softening Foot Cream.
I use this on my feet every single night before bed, sometimes I put on socks over my lotioned feet but usually not.
When I get out of the shower, I instantly put on the foot cream and put on socks.
Usually in the morning I put a tiny bit of the foot cream on before putting on socks for the day too.
My chronically disgustingly dry feet which were literally chronically peeling and dry from childhood to my early 20s have been healed and softened for years now because of this foot cream.
Thanks for sharing your secrets!
Please link your UV umbrella. I’ll be extra with you.
What brand and strength of MSM do you take?
Do you use a heat protectant when blow drying on lower settings?
I want to try MSM and minoxidil and rosemary or peppermint oil but I’m worried about starting since I read lots of anecdotal stories of people getting way more + darker + longer + faster growing facial hair. I already spend too long plucking my face hairs and I’m not even very hairy… just a person with some trichotillomania and a magnifying mirror. Although… might need to reconsider if it can regrow the sparse areas in my eyebrows.
Adding onto your tip about scalp health!! Don’t keep your hair wet too long after shower, better to blow dry after since wet + warm scalp is prime environment for fungal (mainly malassezia) + bacterial growth. Since zinc pyrithione shampoos are a little drying (my skin / scalp / hair is already on the drier side), I love the Head & Shoulders zinc pyrithione scalp serum ($11), not drying at all. I use it straight out of the shower on wet hair or anytime my scalp feels a bit itchy or feels flaky, can be used on wet or dry hair. I use it at least 2 or 3 times a week. I also use a prescription zinc pyrithione shampoo or Head & Shoulders Supreme shampoo with a thicker conditioner or 10 min hair mask.

I use these: 12 Pieces Reusable Silicone Chest Pads Patch Silicone Neck Pad Forehead Pad Set Cleavage Pad Eye Pad for Women Girls https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088BG5HFD/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_GF1BD64F01VKZDWRGX8G
But I think any would work!
Thank you for the tips! For chubby cheeks do you mean one of these reusable fabric thingies or a particular type of sheet mask?
Aw, I just bought this. The good reviews might be at home IPL. Clinic laser might just hurt more, but it's probably more effective.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019D7MQMK/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_AKYRQ70FEK50FJWGHD7X
I moved onto other areas and it were painful even on "gentle" setting. I just discovered that you can apply numbing creme and it won't hurt as bad. Lots of good reviews about pairing this with IPL: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019D7MQMK/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_YMTSG6A9V65SF7QAXGHR?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I love technology! ❤️
Here's the one I bought:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WYY6KKC?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details#customerReviews
Used it today for the first time and really loved it. It has 2 sizes of laser heads and can rapidly re-fire. I completed my legs and lower arms in less than 10 min. It's only once a week vs 3 times a week for cheaper devices.
I had previously purchased a $70 device from Amazon and returned it after 1 session. The Braun is sooo much better, although it's too soon to know about hair removal results.
The weird part? I could smell my hair burning! That's promising to me! Haha.
I want to be smooth like a dolphin. lol
Besides tret and a good cream cleanser, this hand sunscreen is my other top three beauty product. It smells a little like sunscreen, but not enough to both me and it’s so moisturizing. If I was on a date, I’d choose a different hand lotion but for day-to-day purposes, I recommend Retinol by Robanda Anti-Aging Hand Treatment │ Broad Spectrum SPF 15 + Retinol Cream to Repair Dry Skin https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0813YL3HQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_X20145TE0Q7F7767WYHN my hands feel soft. It’s a little oily until it soaks in but the benefits have made it so worth it.
If you are looking for sunscreen to reapply over makeup, I have used supergoop and pur. It’s not perfect coverage when applying over makeup but I get shiny at work when stressed our when I’m outside. So it’s better than nothing and serves multiple purposes. Also, Supergoop has a resetting spray with SPF that I think I’ll be purchasing soon to try out. I’m so impressed with their approach to skincare and makeup with spf - I ordered their spf eyeshadow recently in a beautiful tawny color I love to wear!!! But I haven’t used it yet. Using it Saturday and Sunday though for some parties!
Now i use the one from benefit which is really good, but when i first got into it i got these off amazon from etude just to try it and they work well too and are alot less expensive, benefit is a bit more longer lasting/stronger stain, but you can build up the stain of the etude ones too https://www.amazon.com/dp/B099RTBWKR/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_4BD1ZNWN16CR76K8KPTN?psc=1
I’m almost never in the sun. But I do use retinol.
So I use a sunscreen that doubles as anti-aging and a sunblock. That way I never forget on those days I’ve used retinol.

Sure, it is this one: https://www.amazon.com/Davines-This-Strong-Hairspray-fl-oz/dp/B06WRTSSQ5
I can attest that the claims are true. It smells like sweet pineapple or something, so it might not be for everyone.
I use a stainless steel gua sha tool twice daily at the end of my skincare routines and have noticed a difference. It doesn’t remove fat or anything drastic, but it helps a lot with removing puffiness by lymphatic drainage. If used correctly with the proper method, it’s really beneficial.
I will say of the tools I’ve used, the flat square one with a single divot (like in the Lanshin video) was not my favorite. Didn’t really feel like I was getting the contours of my face. I bought a stainless steel curved tool back in January and since using that one I feel like my results are better.
Sunscreen, eating healthy, and daily movement are the holy trinity for longevity. In the mornings I use body cream with SPF and at night I use a retinol body cream. These two are both recs I got from this sub. Retinol cream has really helped with ingrowns/strawberry legs and the sunscreen protects your body from sun damage which is usually more neglected than our faces/necks/hands. Walking 30 minutes daily minimum gets the steps in and the blood flowing. Sitting for extended periods of time is not good for the joints. Eating lots of vitamin rich foods and switching back from vegan to eating meat has helped too. I used to look and feel so sickly when I wasn’t eating red meat. Go organic whenever possible!
Here’s an option from our Amazon overlords:
Conair Big Curl Foam Rollers, 9 Count https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00152TXAK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_WX5VBSTBX43QNN2JS4HK?psc=1
They have a variety pack with 48 rollers as well. Once you roll, wrap your head in a scarf (the old forties or fifties way) so they don’t tug on your pillow and that’s that. Takes a little learning curve but if I can do it I think anyone can 😂
I use this one: The Original Stainless Steel Gua Sha Tool with Travel Pouch for Facial Tension, Lymphatic Drainage and Depuffing - By SACHEU https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08KFTYN9C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_28HA41QA104NV4BAJ7EZ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I used this brand’s kit when I first started (I make mine nowadays.) The first time is tricky, in that it hurts more and it’s hard to wax where you can’t see. If you have a significant other or someone to assist, it’s helpful. Or a hands-free mirror.
Note that this is for using strips. You can get the hard version of the wax, but it’s more expensive. I used this kit tho when I started college, it’s cheap and more straightforward IMO, still would use again. Btw it hurts a lot less after the first time, as the hair grows back thinner
here is the one I use!
a tiny hair crimper works really well at creating volume that lasts a long time
also consider whether you’re overfocusing on something that’s not objectively bad - in hollywood big faces/heads are seen as more expressive and attractive. i’ve only thought a big face looked off if the person has fine/thin hair and a high hairline so they look kinda bald from the front. so lots of hair volume, maybe bangs, etc
Hands down best razor bump, ingrown hair solution is Tend Skin.

I got mines from Amazon! Im using this right now, I’m at my first bar and it works imo. I pair it with physical exfoliation (Italy / Korean towels).

Because of this sub, my hair has never looked better. I have been taking care of it a lot more and it improves my overall appearance. I pulled the trig and got a Mason Pearson brush and some of this to use in the shower
The one I take is from a local producer so I cant find it online. But mine is 10000 IU! [This brand](www.amazon.com/dp/B00024D862/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_331B67YYJ65Q1G1X6PRG) and Puritan’s Pride I also really like for supplements. The dosage is higher with this one so I would skip a day between pills 🤔
I absolutely notice a difference! Here’s a link to one I buy- swissokolab, V-line lifting mask :) V shape lifting up Face Mask Chin Up Patch Double Chin Reducer Chin Contour Tightening Firming Face Lift Tape Mask V-Line Neck Lifting Patches V Shaped Slimming Face Mask 5 pcs https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B08CV4W5BK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_5XZTAZ3H0NYN81S1J7FK?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Dyson Airwrap is the best $$$ investment I ever made. I had no learning curve, opposite of damage because my hair is healthier than when I air-dried it. Perfect hair in half an hour every morning, straight out of the shower.
If you’re not as concerned about heat damage, there’s the Kiss Instawave, this is pretty neat because it turns and turns at the base so your hair wraps around the curler in seconds.
This one is my new holy grail. I used to only wear mascara for special occasions because it either always smudged or was so difficult to remove that it because not worth it to use mascara at all.
I use this Cabaret mascara every day and it holds my curl and doesn't smudge while being very easy to remove.
Sure! I use this:

This line is great. Plus biotin supplements, keep them cared for and try not to get them wet. Use dish gloves for cleaning.
No wonder! I have you the wrong name!! Science of People is the Author's company name. The book is Captivate: The Science of Succeeding With People. I recommend a hard copy for the visuals.

I'm in the UK so hopefully it's available where you are, but I use this one.
Check out “The Photographer’s Guide to Posing.” Should be recommended reading for anyone who feels self conscious in pictures!
It’s written by a woman and shows poses for all body types. Hundreds of photos with explanations of why certain things work and others don’t. It’s a really great book, and I think the fact it’s written for photographers makes it even more useful because she explains how to coach the models.

I don't wear heels every day but I wear them often enough. My personal faves are these because of how comfortable they are! They were my first pair and believe it or not I've never had a painful experience with them (some soreness but not real pain).
They may not be super chic but they make a great starter pair if you're just getting into heels territory. I recommend the nude patent since the heel for that one is a bit shorter compared to some of the other colors.
I use a buff most of the time, and I love it. I only pull out an actual silk bonnet on the nights my hair is damp.
I got mine off of Amazon, there might be better ones for bigger girls but for petite girls this is THE BEST one I have found because of the size range:
Waist Trainer for Women Corset Cincher Body Shaper Girdle Trimmer with Steel Bones Extender https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083FQ6VBH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_H8V27X517B7VFG6Q9QRZ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It goes down to 3X small so if you’re really really skinny and still have a straight waist you can still train it. I hope this helps!
DO NOT use regular hair dye! The ingredients are not safe for around the eye.
