If you're going that route this is one of the easier ways to do it: https://www.mediahuman.com/youtube-to-mp3-converter/
and this is the big brain way: https://youtube-dl.org/
True big brain is just using soulseek.qt
Great, good to know it works there.
I forgot to mention You Tube, playlists as well as single videos, that are hours long. If you want to listen offline - ie. convert YT to MP3 sound - use this free software from MediaHuman. https://www.mediahuman.com/youtube-to-mp3-converter/
Kind of you to make the effort for your MIL... am sure she's grateful.
Okay let’s do that then! I have many more to go.
Wish there was a faster process… So far I’ve been searching YouTube for the main theme, pasting the link into MediaHuman YouTube to MP3 Converter, and trimming it with Audacity.
Maybe you should try something new. It's a MacOS App that allows you to convert Youtube videos to MP3 and add them to the iTunes library.
I use https://www.mediahuman.com/youtube-to-mp3-converter/
It's easy just copy paste. Tried everything else but ran into annoyances. Best one out there and I have tried most ways.
Fast, easy, works and there's free and paid options.
I'll wait for my downvotes.
I have been using this app for years and its one of the best so far and its free. Just copy the links and paste it. It converts to mp3 on the fly youtube to mp3 converter

I ended up paying the $20 or whatever after using the free trial for a year or two because it was so amazing. As soon as I highlight a song or playlist in YouTube and hit CTRL+C, it instantly starts downloading it. You can keep a playlist of your favorite songs and then just download it every week or so.

It also lets you subscribe to channel updates and you can download all of their past and previous content with one click. Also works with Vimeo and something else I think, but it's perfect. They also have Video Downloader which is the same but with videos.

I use it to get Podcasts etc to my Roku and it works very well
I've been using Mediahuman's Youtube to MP3 Converter for years. They also offer a YouTube Downloader and Video Converter but I haven't used that before.

This app will allow you to download and convert to mp3. Also works with youtube, soundcloud, mixcloud, bandcamp, etc. So, if you open the mixcloud page, then paste that link address into this app, you can d/l the music on your local machine.
No. I got the album art right inside the MP3 files.
I used this app on PC to get them from YouTube:
https://www.mediahuman.com/youtube-to-mp3-converter/
But maybe YMusic app for Android can do it too.
I use this one and its pretty good and its free. Make sure to update evrytime it prompts if not it will not download songs. You can use itunes to edit the tag best free. The one down below is very good its like an excel sheet you can view all the files at one time and it makes so easy to edit

TagEditor (free trial) https://amvidia.com/tag-editor
Nope but it's super easy to download off SoundCloud. Just download MediaHuman and you'll be able to download music from everywhere. Here's the link!
I use this one, it's an application but it works really well, lets you change the song name or artist name, understands the YouTube music video naming conventions and tries to autofill what it can, it's easy to add the files to iTunes, and it gives you the video thumbnail as the music thumbnail
MediaHuman Youtube to mp3 converter. Copy and paste the link to your playlist right into the program and it downloads everything. Also works great for downloading the huge samples playlists from youtube

Download this on your computer, and you can download every song you could ever imagine from YouTube for free as an MP3.
Then, use iTunes and import all of those MP3s you just downloaded for free. Once they are imported to your iTunes Library, sync those MP3s from your computer to your iPad. Bam, gigs and gigs of music to listen to on your flights for $0.
OK try this:
Convert some YouTube videos to mp3 using this app, which also puts the album art for each song:
https://www.mediahuman.com/youtube-to-mp3-converter/
Copy to device to some new folder, and play them.
There are a ton of different ways to do this. I'm a huge fan of this one because you can subscribe to playlists and when a new video is added it will download it. https://www.mediahuman.com/youtube-to-mp3-converter/
Mediahuman Youtube to mp3 is so simple to use and free.
