I've been using Nozbe for a while now built this flow chart for helping me assign contexts. In Nozbe I color context areas based on the type of context they provide, then I have different symbols to help me quickly identify them. Questions and feedback welcome!
I was just looking for one myself and found this: https://nozbe.com/
Yet to fiddle around with it but at a quick glance it looks good and reliable. It has a PC client as well and it syncs instantly, it saves your tasks to Dropbox and Box, reads notes from Evernote, it has tons of integration options.
I use Nozbe for this. I have some tasks that repeat daily, weekly or monthly, and which involved checklists. For example, every month I have a checklist that pop ups and tells me how to submit my tax return for my business or do a bank recon or my weekly review. I can also attach documents or screenshots to my tasks to make it easier. I’ve used it for about 5 years now. Very happy with it.

(note: affiliate link, but feel free to drop the a= if you wish :))
I've switched from Evernote+Wunderlist to Nozbe a couple years ago and never looked back.
Nozbe is built by a fully remote team of GTD enthusiasts, and comes with a very handy project template feature. You can build your own templates or use a treasure trove of public project and checklist templates available at nozbe.how
I've streamlined such things as the Inbox Sweep, the Weekly Review, travel prep, and other recurring projects with this feature.
Hi!
It's Kuba from Nozbe Team. I get your point. It might be a bit confusing, so let me make these things clear.
A new version Nozbe, currently called “Nozbe 4”, will be, indeed, focused on teams. But we're not ignoring individual users; it's a thing of focus rather than cutting off. If something is useful both for solo and team accounts, will be brought to all; if it's useful only to teams, it shouldn't burden individual users.
We will not force users to switch to the new Nozbe after presenting solo accounts in “Nozbe 4”. We're going to support the current Nozbe (Nozbe 3.X) for a reasonable amount of time (counted in years.) It's a mature and stable app, and, as Robby wrote, it won't be changed drastically (but some new features are on their way!)
You can feel encouraged to use Nozbe and, when solo accounts will appear in “Nozbe 4”, decide what to do next.
For GTD-related inspiration, check out this article from our user about how he implemented GTD in Nozbe.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Check out Nozbe. The founder is a massive iPad fan and has written a book about "iPad Only". Their podcast is also good and several episodes deal with iPads. The app enables Getting Things Done (GTD) principles to be applied.
I think you shouldn't judge the Nozbe appreciation from the popularity of the subreddit. The only thing it means is that it hasn't got an active community here. Hasn't got yet ;-)
There is, though, a community on Facebook: https://nozbe.com/community. There are almost a thousand members now. We have some further plans for bringing together users of Nozbe 4.
This subreddit, on the other hand, is quite young and apparently, Nozbe users tend to use other places to discuss (Twitter and Facebook, to name some.)
I believe the community can make better use of /r/nozbe. If you have any ideas about how we can make it stronger and more useful to everyone, feel encouraged to share them here!
Nozbe should work for you! Recurring tasks are supported, and entries for today as well (through Calendar view or Priority view with a filter).
