Remove all apps your not using or don't have a need for for both current user and system.
Don't worry, you can always re-install an app through windows store if you need it.
Saves you about 2-4gb in space, plus improves framerates.

This was one of the most unexpected tweaks I've ever done. I did it originally to save space on my system drive when I noticed how big the windowsapp folder was.
After doing so, framrates and Windows performance improved greatly.
There's a program I use called O&O Appbuster that uninstalls programs that are spidered into Windows 10. You can give it a shot and see if it works for you. https://www.oo-software.com/en/ooappbuster
I found this free little gem - probably not for the enterprise - but if you are making an image it might work for you.
Not a privacy thing exactly, but O&O AppBuster is very useful too, lets you uninstall unremovable stuff that you might never use, like Xbox, Solitaire Collection, Photos, Paint 3D, and I forget what else.
An alternative to the powershell command is O&O AppBuster. It provides a nice simple UI for managing apps that cannot be installed or uninstalled via the store or the apps & features menu.
