Haha, I guess I'm one of the few who actually likes the new look Microsoft is going for. I love the way the new Outlook looks and I like the new VS as well
Are you trying to make a personal email account? It looks from the URL like you are accessing some corporate login.
Try Outlook.com or Gmail to set up an email account for yourself.
Hii for nyp there is the student email. You can access your email through Microsoft Outlook or the web browser http://www.outlook.com/mymail.nyp.edu.sg
Your username should be {AdminNumber}@mymail.nyp.edu.sg and the password should be the one you have created during your enrolment.
Use the web based client from http://www.outlook.com or install the full Office 365 version on your machine.
The in-box mail / calendar application doesn't support adding attachments because... reasons
FWIW Microsoft will be adding a new mail replacement someday, apparently. See This for details.
You said you were able to login through live.com, but how about this link instead?: http://www.outlook.com/knights.ucf.edu
Try and see if this one works. UCF transitioned to this login address for Knightsmail accounts a little while back.
Ok. Log in to Outlook.com. On the top left, the name associated with your account (should be yours unless you were dicking around when creating the account), and click on account settings. Click on 'Update Email Address.'
You'll notice at this point that in the dropdown menu there is an option to change to @hotmail.com and @live.com. Change your @gmail.com address to a @hotmail.com address. Any should do, because you'll be changing it to @outlook anyways.
Now, go back to Account Settings (if it logged you out or kicked you out to your inbox) and click back on 'Update Email Address.' Now, in the dropdown menu, click on @outlook.com, and input your desired email.
