what u think about this program to freeze and stop the counting clock to DENUVO to ask for reactivation after x time? http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/run_as_date.html
RunAsDate is a small utility that allows you to run a program in the date and time that you specify. This utility doesn't change the current system date and time of your computer, but it only injects the date/time that you specify into the desired application. You can run multiple applications simultaneously, each application works with different date and time, while the real date/time of your system continues to run normally.
PD: This program is used mostly for make TRIALS, no end.
There's a couple of ways that could work.
PM me the name of the software and I'll have a look.
If you're uninstalling, you have to use an uninstaller to delete all traces of the software. Something like Revo or Wise Uninstaller.
You can try one of those time stopper applications and point that to the .exe of the software. Works for a lot of stuff.
This might work.
According to the OE-Cake Wikia page this is a common problem.
If you want to make your own "patched" exe, follow these steps:
1. download the 32-bit version (not 64-bit) of the beautiful program RunAsDate
2. and make sure to put OE-Cake in the location where you want it to stay (for example in /C:/Program Files/ so it feels official)
3. Run the RunAsDate program, chose OE-Cake as the EXE to launch
4. Set the date to any time before November 5th 2008, just set for any time in 2007 and you'll be fine
5. Uncheck "move forward according to real time" and check "immediate mode", and type in the name of your now patched EXE (I did oeCake)
6. Click "Create Desktop Shortcut" and it should be done!
7. Should look something like this

set to true will use UTC. On Linux and OSX I expect you could set an environment variable to override the time zone. On Windows the Run as Date nirsoft app was suggested.
The only 100% solution to your problem is changing your PC time.
Here are some programs that make other programs believe it's the wrong date:

I have no interest in MMO's, let alone one that has to jump so many hoops to get to work.
However, this is a big game, and it is good that it at least can be set to work. Though you might want to check out RunAsDate. It might help. Don't want to be changing your date really. It is just bad on systems to time travel, can lead to all sorts of bugs.
Keep in mind that people can just circumvent this without even changing the system time using this program: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/run_as_date.html
I wouldn't be surprised if somebody just put it in the comments of a pirate site, or even worse, include it with the download.

i take no responsibility for you downloading or using things downloaded off the internet, here's a tool i found that might help
I just use a freeware program (RunAsDate) that launches other programs and supplies the date you want for them, so you don't have to mess with your computer's clock.
RunAsDate is a program that lets your computer fool a program into thinking it's a certain date forever. You can extend a free trial for however long you want and it's not illegal!
I agree with /u/thatmorrowguy; this should be your first option: >Call the company and ask if they can send you a temporary license file. Even front line support can usually generate a trial license at will. Otherwise, tell your boss - sorry, we should have gotten the license renewal earlier.
And like /u/maninthesky said, > there should never be a need to bypass legitimate licensing. by doing so, you could be putting you or your company at risk for a lawsuit.
But if for some reason they don't give you a temporary license, as a last resort you might find success using RunAsDate.
I've just completed the Coast map on hardcore without any crashes using a tip from the Steam forums, using RunAsDate to set my date back to 31st of December. RunAsDate only affects the program it's being used with, so you don't get side-effects from just changing your system date.
Anyway, it worked for me.
You can use RunAsDate to set the clock back to when you installed VS2015CE. It will then continue to work without that popup.
Also, don't use Google for anything if you want privacy. r/DeGoogle.
the issue is a date problem, like some other MS titles. you can change system date to Nov 30, 2017,. But this will need to be done everytime you want to play the game. OR you can use runasdate program to set the date to above with a shortcut to program to run the game, so you dont need to mess with system date. Its avalailable here> http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/run_as_date.html works fine then.
Excellent question! Here is a permanent solution:
Download the 64-bit version of this program, RunAsDate. It allows you to make OE-Cake think it's a different day without actually changing the date on your computer.
When you download and run this program, select OE-Cake in the first box asking for the program. Set the date to November 1st, 2007. OE-Cake actually expires on Nov 7th `07 I think so any time before that day will work. Write in the name 'oeCake' and create a desktop shortcut. When you click this shortcut, OE-Cake will work!
When you run OE-Cake, be sure to try out some of the files in the Sample Creations folder. There's a lot of interesting stuff in there.
<startup useLegacyV2RuntimeActivationPolicy="true">
That certainly won't help.
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/run_as_date.html use RunAsDate to always run the program on that date or just buy it
I think the generally approved way to do the Christmas and Halloween modes at other times of the year is to either change the system date or use a "runasdate" program. Someone posted the instructions for this one, basically, you have to choose the 32-bit version of that program regardless if you're on 64-bit windows with 64-bit terraria. Once it's working it is pretty easy, it lets you create a shortcut to the "run as" including whatever settings you have in the UI, as an icon on your desktop. So I have a "Xmas Terraria" desktop icon now.
Very happily the first time I got presents dropped from mobs it was a surprise, I was playing Terraria at that time of the year and didn't know about the event ahead of time. The good old days.
if emu abuse you will have a hard time
1) download a program called runasdate (from here http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/run_as_date.html) and open desmume with that it allows you to set a date/time without changing pc date/time and makes things a little easier
2) use the time from seed to time window
3) dont use ram watch it slows down the emulator use this lua script you need the lua51.dll's mind http://pastebin.com/95VmQpH1
