"It isn't spam." says the guy who created his account for the sole reason of posting the same link in multiple subreddits.
It doesn't take a genius to google a url name. Here's what you're actually doing: https://shorte.st/
If it wasn't spam, you'd link directly to cdkeys.com instead of going through your privatized link. Oh, and the whole point is to pay advertisers - saying "if it redirects you" just proves you know that you're lying. 0/10 would not click.
The guy who made the bot got scammed hard lmao. The site he is using, shorte.st, which gives you money per the amount of people who clicked on the link you made, hasn't allowed its users to payout, or withdraw, any money for months now. Its last "estimated payout" was August 10th.
is there any way to monetize from these types of videos?(maybe from something like https://shorte.st/ or something similar of the sort?) If so, they can keep 70% of profits. I'm a timer/encoder and am just in it to help bring people english subtitles lol tbh. We would be focusing solely on one show. We can do weekly idol. Maybe another show they might be interested in? Or we can focus on a specific group and their appearances? We can just pick and focus on one thing. Turnabout time maybe a week depending on what show is being translated. I'm all new to this tbvh so pardon if any details are fuzzy.
The website gives money from ad-revenue based on clicks to shorten links. Anyone can do it. www.shorte.st is the website and they even have a referral system which lets the people sharing the links get a bigger portion of the revenue. If you'd like to use my referral link that would be awesome https://shorte.st/ref/98d3d90ddb.
Thanks for the reply man. Interesting stuff, worth looking into.
Ignore the guys complaining you won't give them your exact niche and let them cut directly into your profits. They just want to be spoon fed every single step. Those of us that are legit about this get it.
Have you looked into sites like Shorte.st (non ref link) (my ref link) to link to websites related to your content? It's pay per click and pretty much puts the visitor through a 5 second ad wall before redirecting to the desired website, the value of the click is determined by the location of the clicker (US is most profitable of course). Most I've made in a day so far is $5.75 USD at 2182 clicks.
Could boost the income of your Tumblr blogs, if you decide to use it it would be much appreciated if you use my ref link. If the PPD sites you use have refferal systems let me know, I'll inbox you asking for yours if I decide to start using PPD.
Edit: Just played around with Tumblr, looks like they don't allow Shorte.st links, the only URL masker to put the shorte link through I've found that worked so far is ShadyURL which intentionally makes it look dodgy. So for like a second before hitting the ad wall they go to a URL that ends in "racist_a7u2vn_hack-outlook", which is obviously going to freak people out and lead to reports. So I dunno, I'll keep playing around.
Edit Edit: Ok, so I found that you can put Shorte.st links through Is.gd and they will work on Tumblr without having to deal with the intentional dodginess of ShadyURL and it seems to go directly to the ad wall without having to load an intermediate step like ShadyURL.
