if you plug the coordinates from the paste bin into a star map and go to the time at which the files on the server are last modified, you find a constellation similar to the one in the image: http://www.skymaponline.net/view.aspx?r=9611&x=9652&y=8386&lat=47.378049&long=-122.169226&time=20150310191500&rotation=90&w=960&h=500&gmtoffset=-240&loc=Kent,%20United%20States&id=76fed8eb78
OK, I'm using GMT/UTC, which seems to work better, as well as being more sensible.
If you look in Hercules, epsilon and rho are right next to each other, which is promising. Haven't figured the others out yet, though.
I'm using http://www.skymaponline.net/skymap.aspx with 15:15 on the 10th of March 2015, and the coordinates from the link.
Please note that many stars on the map are given by name, not identifier.
Just enter the time/date and your location (you might have to find out the rough latitude/longitude), enter it, and you can see what you will see :)
To locate the Milky Way, find the constellation of Cygnus (the Swan) in the star chart... it straddles the Milky Way.
I was SW of St. Louis, and the planet in the photo - I'm assuming Mercury (but also could have been Mars) - was just below directly left of the sun from my location. Does that match with what you remember? That would correspond to maybe 30º clockwise rotation.
Edit - That object was likely Regulus.

Mine got even weirder a few days after this post - I feel like I saw "the watchmaker" now - not just Athena who felt scary enough to discover was real. I made a quip about how monotheists cannot possibly be right because they cannot destroy Jupiter - so Yahweh's will can never be fulfilled so he must be false. And, furthermore, the suggestion that you would need to scrub Jupiter's name from the books is clinically insane.
I said "all they need to do is consult an astrologer to know that."
My laundry had finished washing and I was hanging it out in the dark and I looked up and pretty much directly above my head was the center star of Cygnus - which has always represented Jesus and Zeus to me.
If I hadn't had two eagles subsequently fly directly over my head the day before when I declared my belief in the God of Storms, I would have dismissed Cygnus being pretty close to directly over my head as well.
Oh yeah, remember how I said consult an astrologer? I responded to the wrong guy showing what I saw right above my head when I stepped outside after telling you that.
I told you - the gods won't leave me alone. With God as my witness, I had no idea the stars were in that alignment. I only looked up at them with reverence after thinking of my astrology comment - and then noticed what was right above.
Mind you, I was an atheist about a month ago - but this is not the first coincidence like this I have had - not by a loooooong shot. Also I posted this comment a few days ago.
Like this, supposedly. Can't really see any in Bangkok, especially not in the rainy season.
You can use http://www.skymaponline.net/ and the printable map will depict the stars magnitude by dot size. You can also turn of all the names and details that are cultural artifacts that may change.
