The TomTom Maps APIs are a high-quality alternative with a very affordable pricing model. You always get 2,500 transactions per day for free and additional transactions are charged at max. $0,5/1000 transactions (or even less depending on your volumes and usage). Check out some examples here: https://developer.tomtom.com/maps-sdk-web/functional-examples More info about the pricing model can be found here: https://developer.tomtom.com/store/maps-api
P.S. I'm working for TomTom so feel free to reach out to me directly in case you have more questions.

Yes, our "Calculate Reachable Range" API (https://developer.tomtom.com/online-routing/online-routing-documentation-routing/calculate-reachable-range) can provide you exactly that. The isochrones can be determined for:
TomTom has a commercial offering, you can test it for free though I think: https://developer.tomtom.com/traffic-api/traffic-api-documentation
Not sure what kind of integration you are looking for, you can get the graphical information as vector tiles so that should work. If you want to really match that traffic information do the road network I guess a bit more work is required.
Disclaimer: I work for TomTom. Not on the traffic API though.
Hey there! TomTom Dev Advocate here! As the response above said, the SDK for Web and the Routing API are the best ways to get started building your application. You can also check out this article from our Dev Blog on using React native with our maps.
I wanted to reach out in this reply also about your email experience. You can absolutely use the SDK for Web from the Dev Portal build a directions-based application. If you have further questions and I can help clarify or understand better, feel free to DM me!
I'm wondering if there was perhaps a miscommunication as to the scale or type of app you're wanting to build. Regardless, happy to help. :)
Meanwhile -- here's also a functional example of Routing with Directions, so you can see a preview of those features too.

This tutorial shows you how to use the TomTom Maps SDK for Web to create a web application that helps a pizza chain select from which restaurant a pizza should be delivered to the customer.

Google definitely does not offer turn-by-turn directions as a service. You can only access that by actually running the Google Maps app on Android or iOS.
However, other companies do offer it. Here's one of the most popular APIs, from TomTom:
Hey,
you can try to use an online API to create and store all geofences you want and trigger an event(alert) if someone is entering, leaving or dwelling. See: https://developer.tomtom.com/geofencing-api/geofencing-api-documentation
TomTom has a free tier to their maps service. The Android API is documented and has examples for things like routing.

Hello!
not much - in my opinion - we even have a small tutorial to help you with this process here
I hope this can help!
Nice question!
Since our APIs are REST, we try to keep all the SDKs always updated with the latest features. Recently we released 2 new cool APIs : one for Geofencing and another for the EV industry ( Long distance routing for electric vehicles ) These new API are priority in our Android backlog.
For the Android SDK we already support enough from our APIs to make robust and functional applications : take a look here
I would use the Routing API, but create a 'pedestrian' one. Let the backend do the hard work. With the matrix routing you could request several routes at the same time. For example from A->B, A->C, A->D which then would give you a summary with the walking distances ( which is way more user friendly that doing a trigonometric calculation)
Check it out the documentation : Routing API
Have you checked the TomTom Maps APIs?
The pricing is very affordable and those calculations you mentioned.. wow. According to its pricing 500K transactions will cost 229eur ( dollars? ) but with this amount of transactions I assume you are already profitable right?
Take a look at the new SDK for Web. Is this something that could help you?

You can create a free account with limit of 2500 transactions/day.
Hi! As a TomTom Employee, I am curious if you ever tried our Maps APIs. Also free for Android. I am trying to get some feedback to make it better. ( Sorry if It looks like I hijacked the thread )
How about TomTom Maps APIs? In your website and with a couple of lines you can add a map and a location marker. I'm sure the free tier would be enough for you. You can get an API Key there for free ( no credit card needed ).
Check the tutorials here : Map SDK for Web
Have you checked the TomTom Map APIs ( https://developer.tomtom.com/maps-sdk-web ) ? And yes - as @iorarc mentions : get the schema. I hope this can help.
good luck!
Maybe you found already a solution to your issue, and if you are still looking I'd like to suggest TomTom!
https://developer.tomtom.com the free account should be enough for your needs as you describe.
Of the places i checked: China, North Korea, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, India, South Sudan, Bhutan
