Looking at a few other sites on this app, it appears that something happened in early March of this year with how they collect data.
Rock, Paper, Shotgun got a similar spike at the same time, as did EuroGamer, and as did Gamespot (although their metrics are weirder as their daily visits normalize back down to ~230k after every major spike). So, despite this spike occurring around the Switch launch and Drew's departure, this spike seems to be caused solely by TrafikLite.
Not true, look at Ripple for example.

Interest in the site is growing...
Maybe you use Reddit or whatever, but when I am looking at an Altcoin, I go to their site.

It's not a bad reflection. From a marketing point of view, FidgetHQ is probably the exception tho, because they offer both cheap, entry level spinners and exotic materials. This way, they keep the enthusiasts happy but also appeal to people curious about spinners who don't want to pay a lot for their first spinner.

The premium manufacturers are the ones feeling the down trend the most. When I purchased my Stubby, the "waitlist" was 6 weeks, but I got mine in 3. Torqbars never used to be in stock, but their inventory is almost complete, with custom ones available too. On FB, I saw a ZF Mini Ti Tri listed at $1000 at the start of the week (which is pure insanity) now down to $500 with custom buttons (still insanity, they were $180 at the drop). $1000 Steel Frames are now $300.
As an enthusiast, happy to see where the market is headed. Hated seeing the elitism creep into the scene. I remember this poster on Facebook, tagging her photos saying she can afford the secondary market. Will be interesting seeing which manufacturers continue to stick around after all the demand starts falling away.
Pretty interesting. Cornell's increase/change isn't as dramatic though it seems. Check it brown's - less research, more ug focused with no grad school - https://www.trafiklite.com/brown.edu. 700% increase.
